I never expected to write these words, but I miss Mitt Romney.
On Wednesday, the day the front-runner for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination was in New Hampshire alleging that Syrian refugees fleeing for their lives may actually be clandestine terrorists, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee was in Washington, talking sense.
Donald Trump will not be the nominee, Romney told a group of business-school students at Georgetown University.

Poor Dana!
When Trump loses, it won’t be for telling the truth about Obama’s foolish foreign policy.

Articulate conservatives are their biggest fear. Marxism is nothing more than a list of cliches to generate fear.

that whole thingy about Americans eventually always getting it right? I might have believed that until this country actually gave Obama a second term. Now, I have zero faith in the electorate. I can forgive an Obama first term, I can be forced into kind of understanding it....but electing him again? Really? Trump absolutely could become president. Hell Sanders could become president.

Well, bedwetter Milbank likley is coprophagous, and his uber liberal column is shiite, so it will be right up his alley, so to speak.

I believe Obama is right on this point: he would win a third term without the pesky 22nd Amendment. People in the USA will never tire of him; that’s why he staying in D.C. in 2017 to undercut a successor.

"...It comes from faith that American voters are more sensible than many poll-obsessed journalists and commentators give them credit for..." Wow. He does actually believe this. Liberalism is indeed a mental illness, and, after all, this is Dana Milbank.

Articulate conservatives are their biggest fear. Marxism is nothing more than a list of cliches to generate fear. Pray America wakes.........................................................................................................................................................................EXACTLY and Trump has yet to articulate conservatism...love him or hate him it's true and that is the biggest problem I have with him. If he can't argue or articulate the need for conservatism, then it's absolutely fair to question his resolve towards it.

“Because, Romney said, when all is said and done, the American people usually do the right thing.
That is a strange thing from someone to say who lost the election to Hussein Obama. Romney, do you agree that the American people did the right thing when they elected Obama?

"my prediction that Trump will ultimately fail isnt about punditry or polling. It comes from faith that American voters are more sensible than many poll-obsessed journalists and commentators give them credit for." American voters went hook, line, & sinker for Obozo. So what makes Milbank or Romney think anything has changed except the name of the candidate.
This time around the candidate's name is "TRUMP" and America is buying him lock, stock, & barrel.
You can count me as a TRUMP supporter for many reasons.
I hope Dana Milbank's bowels can pass paper as well as peas and carrots.
