As many people have observed, the Federal government sometimes attempts to cut costs (i.e. save money by not building a wall).

But the Federal government is almost always terrible at cost avoidance (i.e avoid the liabilities of allowing millions of low-skill people into the US)

I don't care what the wall costs. It's worth it.

The wall is as much of a psychological morale booster as it is a functioning physical barrier. It says the US citizen matters. Borders matter. We the people have a say.
