A new study claims to have located nine parts of the male genetic code that indicate whether a person is heterosexual or homosexual.
However, the study's authors also say that there is some evidence that environment plays a role in a man's sexual orientation by altering the activity of certain genes.

It is no genie. It is Romans 1:22-32. By leaving God we open our minds to all sorts of depraved, debased and reprobate activities. This is he consequences of turning our collective backs on God.
Are you saying there is no such thing as identical twins, or that the definition of identical twins needs to be redefined because of the difference that you cite?
“Does this mean that a babys DNA could be tested for this pattern?”
No, the mother. If she is wearing the jeans there is a good chance the son will be gay!
“... will the left get upset when people start aborting homosexual fetuses?”
True story. I use to work with a woman who was way left (and a lesbian). She was discussing her usual donation to PP and made the comment to me that no woman should ever be disallowed to get an abortion ESPECIALLY with a birth defect. I asked her IF genetic testing could show that the baby (notice I didn’t use the word fetus) was going to be gay/lesbian.. would she morally and financially support the abortion. Well, CCG.... you never saw someone’s jaw lock like she did. She stammered, hemmed and hawed and finally said, “I will have to really think about that”. Took her a full week to come up with the response that, “I think THOSE type of genetic tests would be banned and all the others allowed”. I said, “choice is choice.. you can’t have it all ways”. Moral of the story: their “convictions” are based on “feel good ideology” until the equation changes. IMHO
There is no gay gene. That’s an established fact. Neither is there an hormonal “soup” that occurs in the womb because identical twins would always — or almost always — both be gay, and they are not at a very significant rate. However, there is a link to the poor bond or lack of it w/ the same-sex parent, as well as a very high rate of sexual molestation. Again, established facts. There are also the scientifically verifiable facts that show the homosexual lifestyle to be physically, psychologically and socially unhealthy.
Is there an established link between testosterone levels and homosexuality? That’s what you’re presupposing.
Any prenatal test will be denounced as a hate crime.
No researcher will be given a grant to create such a test, no such test will get FDA approval, any researcher creating such a test will find himself hounded out of the research world as a homophobe.
Any doctor performing such a test will be hounded out of practice, and any lab processing such a test will be burned.
The "gay community" will see any such test as an existential threat.
It has been my contention that hormonal imbalances cause homosexuality. Your assertion about a genetic cause for the imbalance might be the way that happens.
In other words, it sounds like something that happens during gestation causes changes. I'm on board with that.
Just cannot be immorality/morality issue...no
When I was building pipe organs early in my varied careers, I noted that oft times homosexuality was reflected in the eyes of some, but not all. That would seem to suggest genetics in at least those cases.
Born gay = no sin, it’s the holy grail of the left.
More Govt, paid scientific crap ,,, just like global warming ,,,,,
The ‘dancing boys’ of Afghanistan are pretty boys that are selected to become dancers, prostitutes, and sex slaves. They are not born homosexual - they are programmed. The same thing happens here. If an adult homosexual can get to a young man before he falls in love with a woman, the young man can be programmed.
So what a sec, with this CAIS thing does the baby still develop as a male but with female characteristics? Is it like CACH?
I knew a set of identical twins growing up.
It was easy to tell them apart, one was bookwormish while the other was athletic. The athletic one’s face was covered in freckles.
It shows how environmental factors most certainly do play a role ...
And epigenetics and proteomics has found that genetic expression can be altered by environmental factors.
For example, Mom’s stress during a famine means sons born in the next year are at greater risk of heart disease and diabetes because the fat-storage genes are ramped up, compared to sons born several years earlier in times of plenty (Danish and Scandinavian studies).
The most likely cause of homosexual tendencies in men (barring lack of females AKA jail and ships) is the mother’s body building a resistance to testosterone and other male hormones, which is why the odds of a man being homosexual rise along with the number of older brothers.
The result of this is that the differences in biochemical exposure to blame for most homosexual men CAUSES genetic differences.
The MAIN environmental factor would be the absence of a Father. A second factor would be a dysfunctional marriage relationship between father and mother.
Okay sorry I just re-read please ignore my previous question. It’s early for me. I’ve tested with somewhat higher than normal androgen levels, although I didn’t develop any symptoms of that until maturity, specifically during a pregnancy. It just makes me wonder what went wrong and when? I’ve heard of CACH but not the thing you mentioned.
The result of this is that the differences in biochemical exposure to blame for most homosexual men CAUSES genetic differences.
1) Faggotry is a behavior. Repeat, Faggotry is s a behavior. It not a genetic difference.
2) Lets discuss if it is a proper or improper behavior.
3) Behaviors are COMPLEX. There is seldom just one cause but several things coming together to cause the behavior. Your comments are part of it. Another big one is imprinting (God’s design for children to model good parental behavior).
4) Now, behaviors can be modified most times for more or less of the behavior. Seem like we are modifying for more of the behavior.
