“The end result will be 400 Democrats and 38 Tea Party”

Then perhaps the Tea Party people should ease up just a bit on their “All or Nothing” / “off with their heads!” approach to governance.

I am probably alone (or damn close to it) on FR with this view, but I do not think political anarchy is a good thing.

I guess my question would be: Is it tea party people political anarchy when the leadership promised action on those issues most important to voters these last two congressional elections that swept them into their positions of power?

Seems to me that the political anarchy comes when those that are sent to Washington in positions of power to do a job on behalf of the voters that put them there instead immediately scuttle action unless deemed proper by those few...after all who is the authority here? The representatives or the voters that put them there?

usually governing is about give and take (or God forbid, compromise)...

better to win 80% of something than 100% of zero

We gave the GOP it's largest majority in a 100 years.

Yet, they continue to bow down to Obama.

Enough is enough.

Anarchy may be a necessary step in exorcising the tyrants currently in power.

Anarchy simply cannot be worse than just assenting to Obama carrying on his destructive agenda.

I cannot even begin to comprehend how a rational thinking person would prefer the immolation of our nation simply because it is being accomplished in an orderly fashion.

Really?

As if the GOP-e leadership has been fighting for something.

They have been fighting for absolutely NOTHING.

I do.

Burn it all to the ground and start over.

As compared to what we have now, a lawless and unrepresentative government? If the choice lawlessness mascarading as legitimate governance, I prefer honest anarchy to what we have now. A bunch of perfumed criminals pretending to be our betters. At

Joke post? The only one who has consistently taken an all or nothing, off with their heads approach to governance is the narcissistic Kenyan man child sitting in the White House. It is he after all who threatened to veto the entire federal budget and shut down the government if the budget did not contain massive tax payer money for a criminal private outfit called Planned Parenthood.

I have never seen the Tea Party approach that you mention, but it certainly applies to Obama and the Democrats.

400 democrats?

No, not after Obama goes after their guns and Iran gets a bomb and Russia gets an airbase in Iraq.

I am reminded of the days when Reagan ran in 1980...same here. Obama makes Jimmy look good in comparison...
