Did y’all see YouTube Franklin TN Trump rally speech where he pretended to pull out a pistol in holster? Great! He was like a little kid play “shoot ‘em up”. Can’t see Bush or Rubio do that. They are too stiff.

I watched the Mighty Planes episode about Trump’s 757.
Trump’s Security Guys were as serious about their Jobs as any SS Detail, long before he decided to run for POTUS.
It was filmed back in 2012 I believe and it looks like he has the same guys guarding him now.
He is wearing a Kevlar vest as seen from a close up picture taken from his back at the Mobile rally. You can see the outline of it under his blazer just vaguely here:
A goober is a good ‘ol boy that is sometimes outrageous but basically salt of the earth. It’s a Southern term usually used affectionately. We also use it on our kids, dogs and anything else that’s being a bit silly. For instance we frequently call my Great Dane a “goober”. Other Dane owners will understand.

I take “goober” in this case to mean an unsophisticated country person. Some take it as a term of endearment. Remember Goober Pyle on the old Andy Griffith show?
Trump would probably never get a chance to pull his gun if someone wished to do him harm. I hope he wears a bullet-proof vest as there are a lot of crazy people out there.
