Is Syria one of the locations Saddam Hussein shipped his chemical weapons to, before we took him out?

Do the weapons include nerve agents and/or precursors?

Is there any chance the feedstocks are chemically stable in storage?

Syria’s WMDs were evacuated by Russia months ago. Assad only controls 20% of Syria today. Not much room to store them away from an assault.
