We are certainly not numb because of guns. If any of us are numb to the slaughter of our fellow citizens, it is significantly due to the many lies promoted my modern liberalism and the "values" it promotes. And speaking of "politicizing" things, given their rabid support for killing the most helpless and innocent among us--the unborn--when it comes to any form of violence--or for that matter, any moral issue whatsoever--no voter should ever trust any "solution" presented by a liberal.

Everytime a tragedy gets exploited for the political purpose of advancing gun control, it backfires on them.
From successful recall elections against Democrats in purple states like Colorado to civil disobedience via non compliance in blue states like Connecticut and New York. Even determining the Presidency by swinging Conservative Democrat states like Tennessee and West Virginia to Republican candidates (Bush’s victory over there in 2000).
The Dems like their NRA bogeyman, just as they liked the Koch Brothers bogeyman. But just like with the Kochs, thats just a cynical means of appealing to and appeasing their own base.
I'm surprised SC Governor Nikki Haley hasn't chimed in yet and blamed some flag or other innocent symbol.
