“Obama can run as Vice President on the Biden-Obama ticket in 2016, but Obama cannot be elected for a 3rd term as President.”
Bareback Obama is not eligible to be VP. No one can be VP who is not eligible to be president.
He got 1% when he ran for president the last time.
He opens his mouth and out comes stupid remarks and he likes to swim naked in front of strangers and abuse children plus he supports every terrorist from Nicaragua to the mid-east.
My hope is that the Dem base will be deflated and stay home. wishes, fishes....
And I now say ... Joe is not running
Joe Biden is really not a stupid man
He knows he's a constant gaffer and he's been able to ride his senility into retirement ala the vice presidency
Joe Biden is not running for the presidency
“...hes just a place-holder. The real candidate will be the VP.”
I agree completely.
If they run Aneurysm Joe hes just a place-holder. The real candidate will be the VP.
It’s not that obvious. Joe Biden is an idiot, but for some reason he’s very popular.
The GOP has some excellent candidates, but this means the voters have to really care one way or the other.
Trump is an aging (older than Biden) populist opportunist whose positions are little different from those of the Dems - free everything for everybody and by the way, I hate Wall Street - and also the press loves him because he’s an entertainer and he sells. Add to that the fact that he, like Romney, is heavily self-funded and has hired companies who know how to manipulate the conservative low-information voters (who are mostly elderly). The sad thing is that this old man is taking the attention of the press away from people who actually would be good young candidates and set a path for the future - and I’m sure the Dems are rubbing their hands in glee.
It’s true that the Dems don’t even have any candidates under the age of 70 (I think they’ll all be that age by the time of the election and some are already over it). We have them, but they’re going to have to fight really hard to kick out the old guard, which includes Trump. He keeps invoking Reagan, with whom he has nothing in common, but many voters now were born after Reagan left office and most of them probably don’t know a thing about him and don’t care.
So even though the GOP has young candidates, Trump with his old man’s vanity is working hard to keep them from getting a chance. Maybe he needs one of those “Old Guys Rule” t-shirts that they flaunt in my tourist town.
In any case, I’m sure Biden is going to be the Dem candidate. Hillary will never go to jail because that just doesn’t happen to Dems, Bernie is actually an Independent running as a Dem, and Biden is the going to be their guy.
Who the Dementocrats nominate is irrelevant, since any of them are perfectly capable of turning out the welfare vote, the psychopath vote, the deceased vote, and the chimera/nemean lion/other mythological creature vote.
If the GOP decides to nominate some liberal pansy such as Rube-o or ¡Yeb!, conservatives will stay home rather than vote for a liberal, especially since Trump and Cruz have done a great job at exposing how liberal the GOP-e is to some of the low-information-conservatives.
Biden turns 73 in November. Trump just turned 69.
The hope is dope, yo!
“Bareback Obama is not eligible to be VP. No one can be VP who is not eligible to be president.”
That has not as yet been decided in court, and it’s a toss up as to how the John Roberts Supreme Court would decide it.
There is a point of contention regarding the interpretation of the Twelfth Amendment as it relates to the Twenty-second Amendment, ratified in 1951, which prohibits a person from being elected President more than twice.
While it is clear that under the Twelfth Amendment the original constitutional qualifications of age, citizenship, and residency apply to both the President and Vice President, it is unclear whether a two-term president could later serve as Vice President. Some argue that the Twenty-second Amendment and Twelfth Amendment both bar any two-term president from later serving as Vice President as well as from succeeding to the presidency from any point in the United States presidential line of succession.[8] Others contend that the Twelfth Amendment concerns qualification for service, while the Twenty-second Amendment concerns qualifications for election, and thus a former two-term president is still eligible to serve as vice president.[9] The practical applicability of this distinction has not been tested, as no former president has ever sought the vice presidency, and thus the courts have never been required to make a judgment regarding the matter.

Everything he knows he learned from playing the role of Simple Jack in the Little DC Players on the weekends.
Joe Biden: There were times while I was playing Jack where I felt...
...retarded.
Like, really retarded.
Kirk Lazarus: Damn!
Joe Biden: In a weird way I had to sort of just free myself up to believe that is was ok to be stupid or dumb.
Kirk Lazarus: To be a moron.
Joe Biden: Yeah!
Kirk Lazarus: To be moronical.
Joe Biden: Exactly, to be a moron.
Kirk Lazarus: An imbecile.
Joe Biden: Yeah!
After 2012, I realized we would likely never see a Rep president ever again.
Sorry, I meant older than Hillary. I think she’s toast anyway.
Maybe we should do a remake of that Star Wars scene in which Princess Leaha (Debbie Washerwoman Sergeant Shultz) bends over R2D2 (UpChuck Schumer) and inserts a disk while R2D@ films her saying, “Obie Wan Kenobie, you are our only hope!” With Obie Wan played by Joseph “My Father worked in the Coal Mines of Wales” Plugs Biden.
It almost makes me want to pull for the Empire.
they must be dsperate
Joke Biden? LOL! The ‘rats are out of hope and out of change. They’re bankrupt.
