WTFlip?? Which “Institution” is Boehner talking about??

What about the CONSTITUTION???
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Oblivious!
We are to believe that Boehner’s mind is consumed with protecting and strengthening the INSTITUTION. Find common ground between Dems & Repubs. Common ground, common ground-—to get the PEOPLE’s business done.
The boner is now flaccid. I bet he was having delirium tremors that he could no longer control. He is a disgrace and a traitor to his electorate and to his oath.
I was showering when this happened. My wife said, “Don’t start jumping with joy in the shower, but Boehner is resigning!”
A good shower and good news that Boner is leaving.
He should resign. In addition to being incompetent as a speaker, he’s got serious mental health issues. No one cries as much as he does unless they’re dealing with some health problems. The older he gets the worse the emotions get. Most people that cry the minute they start talking are in rest homes.
No way is Boner flaccid. Notice that he does not resign until the end of next month. I am very afraid that during that time with the help of RINOs and the RATS he will push through continuing resolutions that fund the government through the end of Hussein’s term with full finding for everything Hussein wants like Planned Parenthood, the Iran deal, amnesty, the EPA power grab etc. etc.
I hope I am wrong.
p.s. after he leaves I bet he will become a lobbyist and work behind the scenes with other kleptocrats in concert with the RATS to torpedo conservative issues. Boner is an evil man and we have not heard the last of him.
http://www.npr.org/2014/06/19/323510561/rep-mccarthy-possible-cantor-successor-walks-fine-line-on-immigration
House Republicans are to pick a new majority leader Thursday, following Eric Cantor’s primary defeat. The favorite is Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California, whose district is more than a third Latino.
EXCERPT
PAOLA FERNANDEZ: The last couple of months have been us trying to connect with him, and him and his office really hiding from us.
SIEGLER: Twenty-nine-year-old Paola Fernandez came to Bakersfield with her parents from Mexico City when she was 4. She says the protests will continue and get louder if McCarthy becomes House majority leader.
FERNANDEZ: I think Kevin McCarthy is a smart man, and I think that he will want to do what is right for the Republican Party. And if they still want to stay relevant, then I think that they have to embrace immigration reform.
SIEGLER: McCarthy has to walk a fine line on immigration. Even Bakersfield’s Republican mayor and the local chamber have joined the calls for an immigration overhaul. But the last summer when the issue was the hottest here, local Tea Party groups were also running ads attacking him for being too soft.
(SOUNDBITE OF ARCHIVED RECORDING)
CONGRESSMAN KEVIN MCCARTHY: I get protested on all sides of immigration, what’s interesting. And I have a very diverse district. I mean, Cesar Chavez is buried in my district. I have ag, oil, aerospace. The current system, to me, is broken.
This is great news, next up, McConnell.
I’m proud of my Rep today, Tim Huelskamp. He voted against these liberal GOPe and they did their best to try to punish him, taking away his chairmanships, spent a lot of money trying to defeat him in the last election. The local medias tried to slant stories against him. The DUmmies and Daily KOSmunists came in trying to influence the local elections through local social medias and comment sections. Yet, Huelskamp survived.
All Kansans should be proud of him for doing the right thing and fighting the corruption in Washington DC, regardless of party.
CGato.
Right now, the deck is stacked for McCarthy. He’s the big threat and the one Boehner will use his remaining days lobbying for.
One commentator also said McCarthy has a great number of favors to call in.
This is going to be one colossal proxy gladiator fight ahead for the future of Congress and the nation.
Among the freeper McCarthy comments:
McCarthy sold out the CA Gop in the 2010 redistricting .
In secret meeting with Dems , the viper signed off a plan that saved his seat and wiped out 7 gop safe seats giving the Dems filibuster proof majorities in the Ca State house.
He is a silicon valley H 1 Visas- Amnesty puppet !
But he is a mean blood thirsty creep . He is the worst option outside Ryan ! We need to stop him !
Even as McCarthy frequently pressed conservatives to vote for major spending measures that pushed California further into debt, he retained their loyalty and found ways to reward them.
“He’ll use the same tools and traits that he had to keep together a group of 32 of us back then while also being able to talk to Democrats that wanted to be productive,” said Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-Calif.), a roommate of McCarthy’s when they served together in the State Assembly.
Those tools, colleagues said, included extraordinary gestures in which McCarthy would reward members for the kinds of unpleasant votes that came regularly for conservatives as then-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) tried to salvage the state’s economy by borrowing and increasing spending.
McCarthy’s caucus was outnumbered 48 to 32, but with a supermajority requirement back then for fiscal bills, Republicans were needed. And with the state deeply in debt, Schwarzenegger relied on McCarthy to help secure approval to take a measure to voters to borrow $15 billion to cover the state’s record operating shortfall — a debt the state is only now finishing paying off.
At one point, every Republican House member received a new iPod compliments of McCarthy (and his campaign account).
On the Assembly floor, Republicans could often be seen sporting shiny new gold-and-white watches with the insignia of the chamber to connote their good standing in McCarthy’s caucus. The $400 watches, and sometimes jackets with the seal of the state, were part of a series of positive reinforcements for meeting or exceeding McCarthy’s fundraising targets.
Flower deliveries for lawmakers’ spouses were a regular occurrences. Villines said McCarthy seemed to be constantly soaking up such personal details of everyone’s life. “You’d be having a conversation with him about a birthday or graduation, and he’d go back and put it in the database,” Villines said. “Next thing you knew, you’d get a card.”
“But McCarthy has been shoring up his right flank this past year ahead of any future run for Speaker. His regular outreach to rank-and-file members has included phone calls, text messages and dinner invitations to members of the Freedom Caucus — a group Boehner views as a nuisance.”
No flowers, iPods, or gold watches??
