As MarketWatch's Greg Robb noted, Yellen faltered at end of her speech. Last page was agonizing. I don't think she felt well but she seemed better when she left the stage.
Bloomberg reports, Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen is resuming her planned schedule after feeling unwell toward the end of a speech she was giving Thursday at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Fed spokeswoman Michelle Smith said in an e-mailed statement.

This is where they were in 2008. Back then, they hadn’t done three rounds of QE at the time either.

I’m almost positive Russia’s going to invade SA. They don’t have a lot of options. Neither does Iran. Between the US and SA, we can keep oil low as long as the economy is on its pratt. We can keep oil at $70 for as long as we want, and the economy could be going gangbusters.
They’ve got a fracked BBL down to $12 - cost. At $40, you are making money, but not considering how big they all went in field expansion and infrastructure to support it.
With oil below $50, Russia’s got about 11 months before they go under. Iran has less. They need $130/BBL to keep their heads above water.
Taking out SA and controlling the Emerites by flipping them to Shiite rule is the answer.
This is why both Egypt and SA made sub rosa deals with Israel. This talk between Russia and Israel is to pre-determine the terms of their coexistence in the ME post-invasion.
Russia’s going to say to Israel, “We don’t have a choice, so here’s how it is going down. Both the Sunnis and Shia want you dead, so in the end, do you care which faction is in charge? One thing we are willing to promise, it won’t be us that invades you should it happen.”

There was a tweet out of Iran from their version of Brit Hume that said the Russians had landed 100,000 infantry, 700 tanks, and 170 bombers. That’s two full Army Corps, or one Army Group. About the size of Patton’s Army when they swept through France, Belgium, etc. on their way to Berlin.
That sized force isn’t used to take out a 15,000 man insurgent force with no air support (why do the Russians need SAMs against a force with no air assets).
170 bombers is three entire wings, or an entire Bomber Group. How many tanks does ISIS have again?
Anyway, that sized force is a continental invasion strength unit.
We have a single armored diveision (400 tanks), and the Israelis has two, if you include their reserve outfits. Iraq is a joke.
The Russians will move across Syria, down through Iraq into the northern part of SA. They will be resupplied by moving a supply line over the Caspian Sea into Tehran. Iraan and Russia will land their forces on the eastern side of SA and wipe out Riyahd. The Iranians will get the landing craft and know how from the Russians and cross the Persian Gulf.
I also believe you will hear Obama announce that our 6th Armored Div and most of our naval assets will be moved out of the ME by Christmas.
We are going to give the SA to them.
I think the Iran deal came down to , “Look, we’ll give Iran the bomb, and there isn’t a damn thing you are going to do to stop us. Meanwhile, if you allow us to take the SA, with Iran, nothing nuclear happens and Israel will be OK. So will Egypt.”
THAT is the secret side deal.
What I am waiting for, and have not heard, is whether there are really that many Russian forces in Syria right now. If the answer is yes, this is what is going to happen. If the answer is no, then it won’t happen. Once those troop levels are confirmed, I’m pretty sure this is what has got to happen, from Russia’s perspective.
