Labours vegan farming spokesman believes meat should be treated like tobacco with a public health campaign to stop it being eaten.
Kerry McCarthy MP was recently named the Labour Partys Shadow Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Jeremy Corbyns appointment of a vegan farming spokesman was always going to be controversial.
Not only is McCarthys 20 year-long vegan lifestyle choice in potential conflict with a large section of Britains agricultural economy, she is a Vice President of the League Against Cruel Sports which seeks to ban countryside pursuits favoured by many farming communities.

I think you would find many more people over 100 years old that eat meat their whole life; than you would find people over 60 still alive, that have been vegan their whole life.
Why do I think this, just by observation vegans look so lethargic especially as they grow older, of course there are some exceptions but they are few and far between and I suspect those have not been vegan there entire life.
And, all cattle killed so they can't fart.

And I had a heart attack a year ago at 62 y/o, lots of meat and damn few carbs since. Never felt better.
