Hillary has never successfully run for, or achieved anything in her life.
Her Senate seat in NY was a sinecure, provided by the retiring Patrick Moynihan and the politburo of leftists in NY State. Certainly everything before (and after) that was simply given to her to placate the Bill Clinton wing of the Party.
