If she suffers any kind of health episode in a public setting with the cameras rolling - town hall meeting, debate, etc., - it's game over for the Clinton campaign. Since the mainstream media won't be able to look the other way in that situation, they'll go to the other extreme and launch a media frenzy on the issue of Hillary's health.
