Multimillionaire Carly Fiorina Took 4 Years to Pay Staffers From Her Last Campaign
Why was this wealthy GOP presidential candidate a deadbeat?

Carly Fiorina, the Republican presidential candidate and former Hewlett-Packard CEO, is marketing herself as a pragmatic, fiscally responsible businesswomanthe only GOP candidate who knows, as she says, "how the economy actually works." Yet during her unsuccessful US Senate bid in 2010, her opponents slammed her record at HP. When she led the firm, it laid off 18,000 workers, and its stock declined by 41 percent. Eventually, she was forced out of the company but departed with a $21 million golden parachute. Now she may need to answer for another managerial blunder. For more than four years, she was a deadbeat and didn't pay the bills she owed for her Senate campaign. She only settled these outstanding debts just before she jumped into the 2016 race.

How long did it take multimillionaire Hillary to pay her bills for her 2008 campaign
And of that 42 million, how much did she take home after paying taxes. Probably half, not that 21 million is anything to sneeze at, but it sure is not the same as 42 million.
LOL!
“Im curious. If this was about Trump it would be denounced as a, hit piece. Why isnt it a, hit piece, about someone else?”
Donald is our new savior don’t cha know? Jesus isn’t even in the running anymore.
But Carley is still a very compromised candidate. She could easily be a Jeb Bush running mate (or vise versa). A Johnny come lately to the conservative side. Remember, we’re ARE supposed to be vetting the candidates. Yes, Donald gets a pass but there’s still time.
Bttt
>> Why isnt it a, hit piece, about someone else?
Duh, it IS a hit piece.
Liberal iCarly NEEDS hittin’. The sooner and the harder, the better.
“......she was forced out of the company but departed with a $21 million golden parachute.”..........
I’ve been retired for several years now and ready to head back into the race. I could follow Fiorina’s lead and walk away with millions too, where can I find a taker?
>> where can I find a taker?
If you find one, see if they have an opening for me too.
Because it is Snarly and she stinks like hell. One of Rove’s clown car nitwits.
ROTFL!
Another Republican establishment fraud
She also would have voted for Sonia Sotomayor, was for Hillary’s Dream Act,another phony conservative
Obummer owes Springfield Illinois 50 grand.
Talk about naive.
John Glenn never paid off debts from his ill-fated 1984 presidential run as he was NOT ALLOWED TO under federal elections commission rules. He could not even reach in his own pocket and pay it or try to raise money for that purpose. It is all based on a window of opportunity for raising and paying, and the giving limits.

Well at least they got paid.
A $500,000 four year old debt owed by someone who took $42 million in severance from the shareholders of HP. A virtuous and honorable person would have written the check four years ago after losing. Unfortunately, very few people in leadership positions in the USA today are virtuous or honorable.
Her behavior makes her a poster child for the narcissistic secular culture, devoid of ethics and personal responsibility, that has supplanted historical understanding of values and morality rooted in religion.
Hey! Ruthlessness can be good in this day and age.
I had a hunch that there was more to the story than simply refusal to pay. How often does such a problem arise because of bureaucratic over-regulation? In my work experience, I have seen several incredibly easy and logical fixes to problems which couldn’t be done because of some rule or policy which was often designed to prevent a real problem but had unintended consequences.
If you notice in the post that you are responding to, the links are in regards to the Presidential race, not a Senate race.
So that would not apply to Carly.
