Got it. It won’t hurt Donald to step offstage for a few days. This will force the media to focus on other candidates, I would think. MSNBC will probably keep running the same Trump ‘story’ over and over and over.
To: lee martell
I personally think its a mistake to skip this event. This is about the last place he would face any questions about the idiotic Obama question.

So what if Trump dropped out? He has been dominating news. I hope Cruz will get more coverage. CNN deliberately ignored him.
What stations cover this debate? CSpan has Senate hearings, and last I checked neither FOX nor CNN carried it.

Jindal tweet on Heritage account: Trump filing for bankruptcy again? 5th time is a charm.

I think Donald just needs to catch his breath. Just prepping and then enduring that Three Hour Tour of a debate, would have worn me out. It would be understandable if he needs a little bit of diversion and peace, at least for this weekend. He also may be trying to find out if this guy was a plant, and if so, paid by whom?
To: Isara
Dr. Carson gets exceedingly warm welcome. The ladies sing Happy Birthday to him. He’s such a nice guy.
He’s the kind of speaker I used to love to get in some college classes: Could catch up on some missed napping.
To: TornadoAlley3
Bobby only diminishes his own stature when he stays locked into throwing proverbial spitballs at The Donald. Rand Paul is also making the same mistake, becoming primarily known as a scowl and finger-pointer.
To: TornadoAlley3
I thought the guy might be OK. But what a loser.

Well, none of the other candidates need to catch their breath.
Even if the guy were a “plant,” Trump could have answered in a number of ways.
He isn’t at the Heritage forum because once policy starts coming up, he’s out of his depth. This seemed apparent on Wednesday to me.
To: Isara
Cruz should be up in a few minutes.

While I don’t think Carson is ready for the big desk he is really good on stage with unscripted questions.

Cruz is kicking ass right now. Going after “go along to get along” Republicans.

Cruz is dynamic! He’s my #1 guy. I’ve liked Walker today also.
