If my girls were little today they’d be watching The Flinstones, Magilla Gorilla, Gumby and Pokey, Brady Bunch, Partridge Family and Petticoat Junction. Classics. None of these had a hint of vulgar BS. (except the open for Petticoat in the water tower)

Kind of like when Burger King decided to use Sir Mix-A-Lot to sell kid’s meals.

I hope they dont screw this show up.

The Muppets (except for Sesame Street) are the last vestige of family-friendly entertainment that isnt boring or hasn’t been ruined by PC jackwagons..

So this makes news in what was once the greatest nation on Gods green earth. “Full frontal nudity” on network tv. Wow, how progressive.

Still, I suspect it’s going to shock a lot of moms and dads when they discover that the family-friendly Muppets of the 1970s are no more.

You can't tell me that this is not deliberate. We go out of our way to make sure our kids watch wholesome shows. Often that involves stuff that we grew up on...like the Muppets.

The perverts know we ain't watching their filth so they take old shows and....ahem...."update them".

No sale.

I remember the Muppet Sex and Violence show back in 1975. http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/The_Muppet_Show:_Sex_and_Violence
