Anyone who watched the GOP debate tonight had to realize what a jerk Donald Trump truly is. While he may satisfy a certain lust in our hearts for someone who will poke the left and the GOP "leadership," he is a poster boy for self-love and bad manners. He may be brilliant at making money and deals, but tonight he did his usual bragging about his wealth and success, he insulted all of his fellow opponents on the stage, and he blew hard without much substance in his windy retorts.
He gets a few things right the danger posed by North Korea, and the fact that criminal illegal aliens are a terrible threat to our safety and need to be deported. Beyond that, there was very little to remember about his performance. He mugged, smirked, and stuck his nose in the air. While many of us may have enjoyed his amusing entry into the fray, we should admit he is not presidential material. Not even close.
Those of us who are enraged at the lack of pushback by our elected GOP leadership should be forgiven for welcoming Trump's cocky, arrogant style; it was like getting to slap McConnell and Boehner across the face for their failure to live up to our expectations. But after a couple of months, the man's true nature is obnoxiously obvious: he is as big a narcissist as Obama. To elect him would be to trade one man afflicted with a personality disorder for another. Despite the differences in their professed ideologies, the results would likely be the same: national disaster. We cannot afford another national disaster as president. We are about to be overrun by the barbarians at the gates.

Scary!
Not me any longer. I voted for McCain in 2008 solely because he chose Sara Palin as his running mate. Then, from day one the Republican Elite, a/k/a Democrat Lites, stabbed her in the back. In 2012, against my better judgment, I voted for Romney and have regretted it ever since. This time I will probably let Democrat teams A and B fight it out among themselves.
Oh yeah. For all those people saying trump isn’t offering specifics on how he will do anything.
Sure he is, they just ain’t listening.
Who, other than Trump would seal the borders and kick out the illegals on welfare?
Hint: it has to be someone who can win the primary and get elected.

Thank you.....
I am with you. My wife and I used to donate enough we could have consolidated and attended one of those dinners. The Cheaper ones. I donated to McCain, after he chose Palin. I Donated to Romney only because I hate Obama. Since then I have only donated to primary campaigns. I also used to do a lot of volunteer work prior to McCain. This cycle, it is conservative, or stay home.
Decorum over results? No thank you.
>> Please don’t kill the messenger.
I guess we’ll make an exception ;)
very guilty
I agree the question was bizarre. That doesn’t make his response any less peculiar.
If somebody asked my if I promise not to hit my wife on the head with a hammer I wouldn’t respond by saying Mike Huckabee cheats at Bridge.
Hank
I think The Donald is working on his Alinsky Method to fire bomb his DemonRAT opponent. The more practice, the more potent it will get. This is turning the tables on the DemonRATs who have used Alinsky to turn Republicans into spineless jelly fish.
OH,GOD! MY EYES! MY EYES!

Hopefully, voters will see through Trump and he won't be the candidate. Understand, I don't hate Trump or any other candidate, but I know what I see in Trump's behavior, past and present, and it is indicative of this writer's opinion which is also my evaluation of him.
We must have a President who is level headed, of an even temper, who is smart, thoughtful, a planner, who considers counsel from military department heads (when we get Obama’s yes men out), and can communicate with clarity to the nation so this country will recover from the Obamanation that has crippled this country.
Cruz is my favorite, and I have an agenda to get him on the ballot and elected.
Trump is second as far as I'm concerned.
I see a lot of prediction, and I'm not trusting that as much as I'm trusting past actions and accomplishments.
Tell Bob 'hi' for me.

All the more reason to support Trump!
Did you happen to see the 20K plus Trump supporters in Dallas this week? He is what we want.
All the more reason to support Trump!
Yes, and the TDS Psychotics have there flame throwers at the ready. I’ll admit he is no boy scout, but the others are all pussies, in plain English - including that wallflower, Cruise. What’s he polling at now? 8 percent? Yeah, he’s the man for BIG CHAIR ...
Which of the (17) candidates will actually build the wall? Well, it won’t be Ted Constitution, or Carly HP Trainwreck, or Doctor Ben Snoozer - Teddy loves passing out HB1 visas; Carly “the Face” is all hot for amnesty; and Doctor Ben will likely put us all to sleep with a nice bedtime story - after he takes away our nasty guns. The other also-rans are not even worth an honorable mention.
Glad you are well enough to post after your last chemo yesterday. You are doing great, still alive and kicking. Will tell Bob “Hi” from you. :o)
