Energized from a standout performance in the second GOP presidential debate, Carly Fiorina hit the morning talk shows Thursday to remind voters that she accomplished her feat “in high heels.”
“I hope what people saw last night is that I can win this job and I can do this job,” Fiorina said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
The sole female GOP presidential contender added: “It was a long debate and I tell you what, I had to do it in high heels.”
It was the first time Fiorina took the main debate stage with the 10 leading Republican candidates and the former Hewlett-Packard CEO was widely credited for stealing the show with her steely poise and smart responses to Donald Trump.
Trump, meantime, said on the same morning show that Fiorina “did well” but “I didn’t see it as a standout.”

Carly Fiorina was the winner on points. She’s the best speaker by a mile. She’s able to talk passionately to pro-lifers, be wry with Donald Trump, and speak fluently about the structure of the U.S. military.

Here are ten of them: 1) her support for Cap and Trade, 2) her belief in man-made global warming, 3) her support of The Dream Act, 4) her support for Obama’s “Race for the Top” 5) her comments about Roe v Wade being “a settled issue”, 6) her support for homosexuals in the military, 7) her support for TARP (though she later recanted) and for the AIG bailout, 8) she has perpetuated the myth that women are paid less for same work, 9) she stated that women need to make up at least half of elected representatives in order for women to be represented 10) she opposes a constitutional amendment to reverse the Supreme Court’s invention of federal marriage rights for homosexuals, BONUS) she supported confirmation of Sotomayor to SCOTUS.”

What a joke! She did not even understand the words she was saying last night. There was a pause and a blank look on her face as if she was trying to remember what her debate prep coach told her. She clearly does not know divisions from corps, battalions, squadrons, fleets, companies, etc

Thanks for the link to a thread regarding Fiona’s appreciation of Hegel’s dialectic philosophy.
Though there is value in synthesis, for fostering innovation, it certainly can be destructive in the adherence to foundational principles, laws, the Constitution, etc.
And of course, that is why you sent me the link in response to my interest in Carly’s support of Sotomeyer. Though I saw no mention of Sotormeyor in the link, you contributed to my understanding of Carly’s modus operandi - very interesting, thanks again.
