Nope.

Amendment XXII:

[First Clause;]

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

The candidates for Pres and VP cannot come from the same state, constitutionally. So one would have to publicly move and that would be seen even by the media as a Clintonian sham.

It allows for up to two full terms or the service of the remainder of a former presidents term followed by two of his own. He is not eligible to be president or VP as he has already served two full terms as POTUS.
