A Venezuelan lady I know is fairly high on the ladder politically in south Florida. Venezuelans here had the good sense to take their money with them so they are a well off group. The Rubio vs Bush combat for their support has been quite a thing to watch.

Answering my own question:
“To be eligible for naturalization, you must have an understanding of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking. In practice, this means that you need to be able to read and write simple words and phrases, and to be able to do the naturalization interview in English.”
So who’s vote is Jeb Bush campaigning for.
