Being a Mormon shows lack of discernment.
Well, the Mormon part doesn’t bother me. Was never an issue in my consideration of him as a candidate.
His being a RINO was the problematic part for me. That being said, would he have been better than what we wound up with? Probably. But once again, we’d have gotten slow-boat RINO socialism versus express train Dem/lib communism, and been told to “shut up, he’s better because he’s not a Dem” the whole time.
