In Budapest, almost emptied of refugees the night before, the main railway station was again filling up with new arrivals, but trains to western Europe remained cancelled. So hundreds set off by foot, saying they would walk to the Austrian border, 110 miles away, like others had tried on Friday.
After days of confrontation and chaos, Hungary’s government deployed more than 100 buses overnight to take thousands to the Austrian frontier. Austria said it had agreed with Germany to allow them access, waiving asylum rules that require them to register in the first EU state they reach.
Hungary insisted the bus rides were a one-off, even as hundreds more people gathered in Budapest, part of a seemingly unrelenting human surge northwards through the Balkan peninsula from Turkey and Greece.
By contrast, the Austrian state railway company, OeBB, said it had added 4,600 seats by extending trains and laying on special, non-scheduled services.
Prime minister Viktor Orbán said on Saturday that Hungary would deploy police forces along its border with Serbia after 15 September, and the army too, if parliament approves a government proposal.
“It’s not 150,000 [refugees coming] that some [in the EU] want to divide according to quotas, it’s not 500,000, a figure that I heard in Brussels, it’s millions, then tens of millions, because the supply of immigrants is endless,” he said.

This stuff isn’t new. The history books tend to talk about battles — Adrianople 376, Chalons 451, Manzikert 1077, Siege of Vienna 1683 — but the real change to Europe has come from families moving from the east and occupying land in the west and changing the culture in subtle ways.
What we see today is the same old stuff. The question is simple: have past invasions been good things, and do we want more of them?

Elation from who exactly? I suspect not from the Germans. Especially the German taxpayers.

Yep. If you look at the photos of refugees, 85% - 90% of them are fighting aged males. They leave the elderly, women, and children behind.
Could it be that many of them were trouble makers in their former homeland? Also, I wonder how many celebrated on 911.
I live over here in Germany...in the state of Hessen. Last week....the state budget guy finally came out and said he needs one billion Euro (1.3 billion dollars), for all refugee support for 2016. Naturally....they want the German federal gov’t out of Berlin to cover this cost item (which isn’t guaranteed). Increased taxes? It’s almost impossible to put any more taxes onto the German public...so they’d have to cut infrastructure costs or trim the budget on other thing...or borrow the money.
And let’s not forget, it was Obama and Hillary’s policy that created this mess.
Iraq until Hussein Obama screwed it up. We were/are on the wrong side of Libya, Syria, Iran, and Egypt. He fumbled in Yemen. This white house has created a complete mess. The people that put Obama in are responsible for all this.
Its a global trend — governments choose to sacrifice their own citizens and taxpayers because the government prefers to spend resources on foreigners who plot the downfall of the governments which help them.
I can only blame Satan. There can be no other explanation for such madness.
Let’s see how the mainstream Austrians and Germans feel about the refugees in a couple of years.

That’s the conclusion we’ve come to as well.
Not only are they fighting aged males. They’re war-hardened fighting aged males with no families or jobs to keep them focused in a positive way.
