Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is questioning Donald Trump's foreign policy chops after the GOP presidential front-runner appeared to stumble in a recent interview.
If you dont know the answer to these questions, then you are not going to be able to serve as commander in chief, Rubio said during a stop in San Juan, Puerto Rico, according to CNN.
This should be part of the reason why you are running, because you understand the threats that the world is facing, you have deep understanding and you understand what to do about it, he said without naming Trump. And if someone doesnt, I think it is very concerning, added Rubio, himself a 2016 candidate for president.
Rubios remarks follow an uncomfortable exchange between Trump and radio host Hugh Hewitt over international affairs earlier this week.

Thus spake the anchor baby.
Alpha men don’t worship other alpha men. Women do.
Quote: “Yes, they are concerning. He needs to get up to speed very quickly.”
I agree. Trump is leading the field and like it or not is a serious contender. But he has some homework to do as well. Do I expect him to know every capital city in the free world? No. But at some point he should be willing to get a bit more detailed or he risks looking lazy.
Piss-off, Rube.
I want a President who focuses on correcting things at home, not one who gives my tax dollars to foreigners that hate me and my country.
My point was that being an alpha male is not a good reason to vote for him. An alpha male could lead us off a cliff just as easily as lead us to the golden city on the hill. Is Trump going to continue consolidating power to the executive branch or is he going to give up power to the constraints of the Constitution? My bet is on the former.
I’ve never watched Hewitt, no little about him. I did listen to the clip and think Trump answered fine. He doesn’t care who they are now and when it is necessary and appropriate, he’ll then know. What is wrong with that?
Minimal knowledge of obscure foreign “gotcha” trivia could be a problem. However, the doofus in the White Hut now didn’t know that the U.S. only has 50 states. Talk about “very concerning”.
That's the problem you want to play by the rules while your enemy has no rules.
There is no such thing as rules in war, that is why we haven't won one since WWII.
Time to take off the gloves and beat them back using their tactics......and yes, I know how dangerous it is to give that kind of trust to a single man.....but it is where we are, like it or not.
Who said anything about war?
Yeah, because there is not an ENTIR FREAKING STATE DEPARTMENT to brief him! /what a joke
Just wrong.
I find it ‘very concerning’ that the boy Rubio can’t give a 10 minute live SOTU rebuttal without stopping cold in order to grab a water bottle. what’s he going to do in a crisis?
Well...if you haven’t noticed, we are in a war for the very soul and foundation of this Country.
We are divided as never before. If you don’t think winning it back is indeed a war, then I don’t know what else to tell you.
Alpha men don’t respect betas. Use or delagate tasks to them maybe, but generally can’t stand them.
Alphas might compete with other alphas but respect them. And when possible, befriend them - although there is always some tension.
No, but we respect them.
I have no love for Rubio, in fact I detest him....but that is a ridiculous criticism.
If you have ever spoken in public, or a camera, a dry mouth can happen in an instant.
Darn it Jim, he's a doctor!!!
Sorry, Marco, No one really cares about who these guys are. You don’t. Hewitt doesn’t. Your friend, Schumer doesn’t. The illegals don’t and nor do their sponsors at the Chamber of Commerce.
No one cares.
Try something else.
Perfect.
Hey Rube! There’s an opening at CNN waiting for you.
