The Kentucky clerk has gained national-wide attention for her refusal to issue gay couples a marriage license in spite of the Supreme Court's landmark ruling in June that same-sex couples have the right to marry.
Davis, who has lived in Rowan County all her life, has repeatedly cited "God's authority" as her reason for defying the federal courts and denying the marriage licenses.

She has exposed the truth. The problem is that the “State” has identified marriage as a special institution over which it has power and a political interest. Marriage is a social/religious institution over which the church and the parties have power as well as guarantees of freedom from the state.
In choosing not to issue “State Licenses” to anyone, she has exposed a naked emperor.
Homosexuals are free to repent their sin and be given forgiveness....the same as adulterers. I don’t know where you got the idea adultery is any worse than any other sin...that simply is not the case!!!
