Call the Tyrant Judge's office every day until he frees the Political/Religious Prisoner. Take a stand,at least fill his voice mail. 859-392-7907. Then contact your Senators and Representative and demand the black robbed tyrant be removed from office.
I’m thinking she did.
Probably on women’s rights grounds, and others, and it’s conservatives supporting her..
The irony is thick...
PING!
Thank you. Left a polite message with the judge and mentioned that I hope the people of the great State of Kentucky will help him to understand the import and pre-eminence natural law in being a lawful administrator.
bttt
Not that he’ll listen, but keep calling.
Separation of marriage adn state!
Yes. Both times!
Well....he’s going to go by what the law says calls or not I’m sure. I’m not so sure he’s convinced he’s acting within the law ...
My guess about Judge Bunning’s game plan is to have the plantiffs show up in Rowan County to get their marriage licenses from the clerks who will give them one and once that’s out of the way, he will release Kim Davis from the pokey.
Heck, Bunning may have talked to the plantiff’s lawyers ahead of yesterday’s hearing, but I’m sure something calculating was going on in his head.
Called, left message.
Anybody have “Hizzoner’s” home address?
I called. Still, i can’t help but think that this is a lost cause.
Marriage is not a government issued cirtificate. It is a ceremony before God.
I said early on they should have replaced all government “marriage” with some sort of civil union agreement.
This would have disable the left because they could no longer cry discrimination. Like they are doing now!
God fearing folks could have a seperate church ceremony and be “married” in the eyes of God.
Amen
Or what he wants the law to say...
Let's assume your hypothesis is correct.
Bunning releases Kim Davis from Jail.
Kim Davis once again orders her deputy clerks to not issue marriage licenses -- to anyone.
Then what?
At some point, a higher legal authority than this morally corrupt judge Bunning has to come along and realize that Bunning is violating Davis' civil rights and is in fact in violation of the Civil Right's act of 1964 which states:
Failure to accommodate the religious beliefs of employees, when this can be done without undue hardship, violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion.
Finally ....
Martin Luther King Jr. once said: An individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for the law
I stand with Kim Davis.
I do too and if Judge Bunning isn’t letting her out today as I suspected he might to prevent a martyr status for Kim Davis, so be it.
The next steps in civil disobedience need to be considered as well.....
Yep and a typical of the left....
I personally hope that she goes back to jail and sits there until she resigns or is impeached. Lets hope for the best. If she can’t do her job.....she does not deserve my tax money to pay her salary.
I smell ozone.

First and only post:

Funny how the newbies and trolls will always find a weeks-or-months old thread to open up on...
