Markings on no fewer than four emails contained on Hillary Clintons private system were changed to a category that blocks Congress and the public from viewing their contents

One of the lawyers present during the review by States legal office was government attorney Catherine Duval, who was a key player in the controversy surrounding ex-IRS official Lois Lerners missing emails related to the investigation of the agencys targeting of conservative groups.
Duval, who is now spearheading the release of materials related to the 2012 attack in Benghazi, formerly worked for the same law firm as the Clintons private attorney David Kendall.
Republican lawmakers have accused Duval of withholding Clinton emails and important information.
The emails in question now marked with B5 coding are not included in the batch of messages marked classified by the inspector general of the intelligence community.

BTTT
One question is whether the lawyer is cleared to be there and view the documents. She would need a TS, B5 and more.
“I have to wonder what difference it all makes, to paraphrase hillarys line.
Lerner and the IRS went after tea partiers illegally but yet she walks free without worry.
Hillary will get away with this too.
Only conservatives have to obey laws, liberals do not. This is the beginning of banana republic america.”
Those that have the legal responsibility to enforce the laws should be held accountable when they refuse to do their duty.
This “above the law” BS needs to come to a halt.
This is the endgame of a banana republic.
IDK. I think there are still honorable people deep in the F.B.I. staying low.
I also think the C.I.A. has all the documents Hillary ever sent or received. Those people know her and her tactics better than we could ever imagine.
If Gucifer hacked her account I have no doubt the C.I.A. was making monthly backups. No way would they give the State Dept. A heads up given anyone that dealt with them knew “the enemy was in the house”....quote from the Benghazi hearings by one who Repeatedly asked for more security.
It’s an interlocking directorate of lockstep liars and coverup operating in and around the pinnacle of U.S. government. Then there’s the non-lawyers, people without any professional training at all, but driven by their own agendas, like that Huma Abedin Muslim Brotherhood character, who waltzed into the White House in 1996 while enrolled as an undergrad in a D.C. college, and has hung onto the Clintons’ necks ever since - almost 20 years hovering around them and their every move.
How long could they sit on that info and wait while our national security secrets - and apparently even our foreign policy - were being harvested and sold by the Clinton cult, before duty compelled them to act?
W&C is a longtime Dem firm.
How convenient that a former W&C attorney finds herself in a place within each of the IRS and State Dept. to do the kinds of illegal things, on behalf of the US gov’t, that her law firm would want done to give its clients plausible deniability or defenses.
The loser? Justice. Truth. The American people.
Interesting read on the web relating to Duvall’s personality. In a (lawsuit) complaint filed by a former secretary, the secretary said Duvall threatened to ruin her career unless she did as told. Amongst other unpleasant things.
Sounds like a dirty and mean little hack.
You can shorten that to “seditious conspiracy”.
Every lamppost in DC could have a different Clinton co-conspirator’s name on it and we’d still probably have to use I-95 as well, all the way down to Miami.
Both old ugly-a$$ hags should be in jail.
Same as >> Jamie Gorelick on the 9/11 commission after she had created the wall of separation between intelligence agencies and the FBI and helped sow the seeds for 9/11.
Hangemall
In Washington DC Williams and Connelly is known as the firm you hire when you HAVE to win
The criminality is strong in this one. Makes us look like a third world country. The history books will be interesting. If not all burned.
