I heard a little about that plan. It just shows how stupid some people who are supposed to be intelligent can be. I could have told them that contingency would be totally unnecessary. You don’t accumulate billions of dollars without a fairly deep bedrock of discipline inside you, no matter what the exterior banter is.

One has to read it as it is. Meaning those August results include the debate and everything pre and immediately after the debate when all the commotion was going on. The real test will be the month of Sept.
It’s not reality since it includes every thing surrounding the debate. The real test will be Sept results.
