Chilling Trump video attacks Bush for calling illegal immigration ‘act of love’

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump released a chilling video Monday attacking opponent Jeb Bush for once suggesting that undocumented immigrants entered the United States as "an act of love."

The 15-second video, which Trump posted to Instagram and Twitter, begins with the text: "Jeb Bush's Thoughts on Illegal Immigration."

It plays sound of Bush, a former Florida governor, saying of undocumented immigrants, "Yes, they broke the law, but it's not a felony. It's an act of love."

Over the sound of Bush talking, with harrowing music playing, the Trump video flashes mug shots of Francisco Sanchez, who was charged in the San Francisco killing of Kate Steinle; Santana Gaona, a Texas man found guilty of a murder; and Brian Omar Hyde, who was charged with three killings in Florida.

Then the screen turns black and, in white lettering, asks: "Love? Forget love. It's time to get tough!"

I think the ad is “OK”... not stellar, but definitely on the right track.

But what I think is A++++ OK about the ad is that Trump has the sack to hit his opponents ruthlessly, brutally, right in the face, over real issues, and not give an inch of ground. My goodness, how long I have waited for a (R) candidate to do that!

He’ll put the pipe to Hillary’s teeth, too. Can’t wait!

Brilliant. Jeb will do a multi-million dollar media buy to air 30-second spots on TV shows that few will actually watch. Trump puts something together for probably well under $1000, posts it on Instagram, and gets millions of views and the media cover it as "news", providing even more free exposure.

Is it any wonder he keeps mentioning that his projects come in ahead of schedule and under budget? If this is a preview of Trump's approach to fiscal responsibility his first Federal budget proposal ought to be a wonder to behold.
