A federal judge has ordered the IRS to reveal all requests the White House made for private taxpayer data. It is a potentially explosive line of inquiry, and the IRS fought the court ruling hard. But now, the IRS must hand them over. It could mean another bombshell in the long simmering IRS scandal that has dogged the Obama administration for over two years.
Recently, the IRS revealedtwo years latethat firebrand Lois Lerner had a secret email account under her dogs name for IRS business. There have been multiple federal investigations for several years, and Ms. Lerner has refused to cooperate or testify. So, one might assume that American taxpayers would know about all of her emails by now. Indeed, IRS documents previously revealed a Lois Lerner email that warned IRS staffers about revealing too much information to Congress.
You might assume that the information would be handed over willingly from the IRS and other agencies. Yet prying each tidbit of information out of a notoriously opaque Obama administration has not been easy. Now, federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson issued her opinion requiring the IRS to reveal whatever the White House requested.
Amazingly, the chief IRS defense in this casewhich presumably the White House would supportis that the IRS cannot hand over White House requests and any private taxpayer data the IRS gave the White House in response, because those records are private taxpayer data. We have to protect that taxpayer data, said the IRS! We cant reveal that is was revealed in violation of the law, because we must protect it!

Somebody’s going to prison.........................
The judge is more likely to be audited or end up bagged
before this corrupt, undocumented, treasonous,
antiConstitutional Administration will follow any Law,
or any judicial ruling.
Not before that sigh about Hell is real.
-—It is a potentially explosive line of inquiry-—
The key word there is “potentially”. I’ll believe it when I see it.
Until then... I’ll be watching the Mets.
Hmm-hmm. Sure.
Maybe...maybe Gowdy can have Lerner come in so he can “talk” to her again. That really intimidated her.
To be promptly ignored.
Here’s something that needs to be pointed out.
Lois Lerner, who upended the political process for partisan political purpose, deprived people and organizations of their rights under the law, is most certainly living out a peaceful retirement in a quiet suburb somewhere, enjoying her government pension, healthcare, etc. She’s probably secure in her anonimity. Gets to go to the grocery store, or a movie or a restaurant without being recognized let alone confronted over her misdeeds.
Then you have Officer Darren Wilson, who in self defense shot and killed a drugged-up thug who was trying to kill, and was in the process of charging him. Wilson is living in seclusion and hiding because if he dared show his face he’d be harassed, stalked, confronted and probably physically assaulted or even killed.
If Conservatives acted anthing close to how Progressives act, Lois Lerner wouldn’t be enjoying life too much right now.
That criminal organization will disobey, and be protected from prosecution by the corrupt administration.
And too add, Lerner should be thankful, really thankful, that Conservatives aren’t inclined to act like Progressives do
I'll believe it when I see it!
(Scooter Libby level folks don't count)

Lois Lerner

LOL!....and I’ll be watching the Pirates. 8^)
We need one of our 17 candidates to make a push based on having his or her DOJ investigate and prosecute all of these scandals. That candidate would get my attention.
You have nailed it perfectly!
Don’t hold your breath.
Not a smidgen . . .
And the IRS responded with the middle finger.
And the compliant GOPe.
