No they shouldn’t. If she won’t do the job she won’t do the job and she should leave or get fired. The last thing any governments is to double down on its pencil pushers because some people object to filling out certain forms for certain people. She’s just a clerk, her job is to make sure the form is filled out correctly and follows the current laws of the land, sign it off and file it. It’s not to make judgements, it’s not to apply morality, validate, sign it, file it. If she won’t do that she shouldn’t have the job.
They can fire her for her Christian beliefs and practices. Why all the drama? I know. They don’t TECHNICALLY want to fire her. They want her to quit. She shouldn’t have to quit. They are choosing to elevate immorality to favored status and to punish a Christian for her continued stand against immorality.
What do you want? Jail the Christian? Fine the Christian? Both?
