Republican presidential candidate Trump gestures and declares
Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump continues to build momentum, both nationally and in key early states like Iowa. Case in point: A new Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register poll of the state, released over the weekend, which provided new reasons to treat his candidacy with seriousness.
Trump is in first place in the poll, grabbing the votes of 23% of likely Iowa Republican caucus-goers. But most striking is how Iowa Republicans now view him in a highly favorable light after feeling the opposite just three months ago.
According to the poll, 61% of Iowa Republicans now view him either mostly or very favorably, compared with just 35% who see him in an unfavorable light. That's almost directly contrasted with their views in a May poll by the same firm then, Iowa Republicans viewed him unfavorably by a 63-27 margin.
Trump's favorability ratings have been a key citation in the argument that his candidacy would likely fade quickly the argument went that he could not expand beyond a rabid, core base that constituted a "ceiling."

With his unapologetically jingoistic I love America, America the Great attitude, so refreshingly uplifting after nearly a decade of the dooshbag couple who have been bad-mouthing this great country of ours having nothing but the worst things to say, these outcast terrorist low-lifes, he will un-Obama-ize,sanitize, what has been done as much as possible.
I agree. God will win the hearts of this country, we have to save our institutions.
“All this for the damn flag”
THE DONALD HAS LANDED!

I am not unsupportive of Trump’s candidacy right now. Never had a problem with it. Still don’t.
But if I were of a mind to be an avid supporter, I’d instead be discussing reasons like why we all SHOULD NOT be supporting establishment Republicans in this contest as serious candidates to undo the evil Obama has wrought.
Jeb, Marco, all the rest of the RINO surrogates..... None of them will do a damned thing to undo Obama’s evil.
GOPe / RINO Caucus:
Take that, you tax and spend pro-lawbreaking gravy sucking pigs.
AND he will be delighted to ask his AG, Trey, to file charges against the lot of them from Obama down.
And on the final day of the Clintoon Regime, the Leftists trashed and sacked the White House.
With all the last-minute pardons and executive actions, one Clintonista famously said, “it’ll take them years to undo what we’ve done”.
Can you imagine what they’ll do now?
This hoodlum has held hostage our very government, not merely politically but fundamentally Constitutionally, in the most unprecedented manner imaginable And while we will always have heavy hearts about this scum having kicked, molested America, Lady Liberty in a most degrading, ungraceful way, the most important thing is to win back the White House so once again the country can return back to its political, governmental traditional roots and have the Obama years be sen as some sick, demented, aberration. yes, certainly FTR (F**K The RINOs)but first we must save our country by getting the executive Branch back, returned to complete health in its full fledged Constitutionally validated posture
Where are these NOT-RINOs and Republicans-in-general now? Depending on the Republican Status Quo to do any of that is a fruitless endeavor. Depending on any of a dozen or more of the candidates on that slate is fruitless. To my mind, most a just place-holders for that Mexican Bush. The others have some this-or-that tic about something but they are all pretty much "I just wanna be in charge now...." What we have are two, maybe three candidates who would undo Obama's evil. The rest are just those willing to modify their positions to get more money to stay in the race a while longer. I'm done with Republicans in general. I'm a Cruz voter, and if Trump gets the nod, I'll vote for him. No one else.
Obama has removed the american flag from the podium whenever he speaks- anyone else notice that?

‘...after they were TOLD TO FEEL the opposite just three months ago’ is probably more like it.
how can we take any of them seriously now that we've had a taste of Trump? They're pathetic! They've been outed! We're not gonna take it anymore!
It’s Presidential Primary Campaign Season again, and Flimflam artists are out in force.
