PING
Here’s another one for ya.
if being born on the soil does not convey citizenship status... but instead, citizenship of the child must come from the parents, then there's an issue.
in order to convey citizenship from Dec. 24, 1952 and prior to Nov. 14, 1986:
Citizen parent physically present in U.S. or possession 10 year prior to childs birth, five of which after age 14.

this would mean, by law, stanley anne dunham wasn't old enough to transfer citizenship to her son when she gave birth @ 18.
this would leave the child's citizenship to come from the father.
therefore, 0bama is not even a US citizen, tho he could apply for naturalization, but rather a kenyan citizen. and definitely not eligible under the 'natural born citizen' clause.
The Bloviator explained this away by stating with that absolute smug certitude (which only he can radiate with such effectiveness) that he could find NO constitutional expert/attorney who argues against the fact that anchor babies are legal citizens.
I guess he never heard of Mark Levin and scores like him...perhaps even the author of the above article.
O'Reilly is such an uninformed pinhead on things conservative. He pretends to be an "independent". However, scratch BO'R and you'll find a very well-educated social justice liberal to the core....except for a few of his pet causes.

I haven’t had this much fun since the last “what is the definition of natural-born citizen” thread.

It can be done by Executive Dictate.
