These two little girls got a creepy welcome to Times Square Wednesday when they saw a fully naked male model letting it all hang out during one of artist Andy Golub’s nude painting shows. Some tourists were agog — but even hardened veterans of the Crossroads of the World were shocked at the sight.

And you know this, how? I've had it pop-up on me for no particular reason as, I suspect, most men have.
My rule is simple-- if you want to avoid a potentially embarrassing public display, (a)don't strut about nekkid and (b)wear pants or shorts with ample expansion space to hide it.
So, was this a real male model, or just some flabby old dude posing for artists?

Americans crave attention. We’ve become a nation of attention whores. Why is bruce jenner making a first class ass of himself? Attention. Etc. Etc.
The point is the nudes are in an appropriate place, the public square is not.
look, I've been to my share of nude beaches in the past. I've been with many girl friends who had no problem with it and enjoyed it too, but some girl friends I've had were not open to it so we didn't go.
The point is a nude beach is a designated area for it, not all people are accepting of it so they have the option of not being exposed to it by not going.
Not so in a public arena, they are simply shoving it down every ones throat telling them thy have to except it lest they be labeled "nudephobic".....just like what the homo's do.
There is an appropriate time and place for everything and in this case this nudity is inappropriate.
"Fear"? So now I'm labeled with a phobia. That's a patented leftist tactic.

Why aren’t the people who are actually there upset? To me they seem amused or bored.
OK . If fear is the wrong word give me the right one. Certainly it is an emotionally charged reaction. You must agree with that.

You know, the funny thing is this: I've been to many nude beaches many times back in the early 80's and 90's, when I was in my "prime" and never got a "pop up"
Too many people think that going to places like that are about perversion rather then knowing it is just about experiencing the freedom of it.
It's not for everybody, but then again those who choose not to participate are free not to go.

The little girls look amused to me which is of course a natural reaction....it's probably the first time they have ever seen a "thingy" so they are naturally curious.
The point is, would you want your little 5-6 year old girl to see a "thingy" against your will?
This is being forced on people and it is wrong!

I was just pointing out the hypocrisy of Scout master vs. general public.....but I suspect in time Scout rules will change.
