These two little girls got a creepy welcome to Times Square Wednesday when they saw a fully naked male model letting it all hang out during one of artist Andy Golubs nude painting shows. Some tourists were agog but even hardened veterans of the Crossroads of the World were shocked at the sight.

And if he suddenly isn't 'flaccid' as he catches the glimpses of little girls, what will then happen?
NOTHING, because with DeBlasio an erection is now protected speech on Times Square.
Really??? 'Cause just a couple of nights ago, I saw a news story about a couple of topless women walking along the street in NY and everybody was laughing and taking photos with the two girls and it was a good time. I, on the other hand, was wondering what would happen if a guy walked around bottomless. Would it still be a photo op of your time in NY? Obviously, not.
On the positive side, at least the guy is not defecating on the sidewalk like they do in San Fransisco.
You knew it was going to happen, without help from bath salts.... ;-)
Its some adult that isnt. To me it seems harmless.
Yes, and when the homo Scoutmaster takes a shower in front of your kid, you'll say "it seems harmless".
Where are the girls parents?
They wanted exposure; they get exposure.
Getting a paint job...

++++
I don’t get the connection.
Look at the picture. Why don’t we see horror and fear? Mostly what you see is a huge lack of interest. Some guy painting a couple of naked people.
Why does this simple event put so much fear in the heads of Freepers. I just don’t get it. I really don’t.
But, if naked people scare you, I recommend saying away from art museums - they are full of the stuff.
He probably can’t get it up anyway.
Difficult to tell but she may have a small, thin G string covering and he may as well. I think women are legal to go topless in NYC but I doubt full frontal nudity is legal. It may well be though given the lack of morals in NYC and elsewhere.
Bill Clinton was in Manhattan?
Or was it Joe Biden? He likes to swim nude in front of female Secret Service agents.
“Why does this simple event put so much fear in the heads of Freepers.”
There’s a fine line between modesty and prudery and some people can’t navigate it very well I think.
One would have to have an exhibitionist mindset to get an erection in public. I have visited nude beaches and that was absolutely the last thing I was worried about, mostly it was the effects of the cold water that bothered me....:)
I like it!!!
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. No liberals like the real answers to the questions of society.

But, if naked people scare you, I recommend saying away from art museumsthey are full of the stuff. The Naked Communist, Chapter 12, Current Communist Goals
- Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings; substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.
- Control art critics and directors of art museums. Our plan is to promote ugliness; repulsive, meaningless art.
- Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them censorship and a violation of free speech and free press.
- Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and TV.
Just in the FWIW category, a woman going nude, no ticket in most places (actually happened in Dallas, was not ticketed, even when she filmed herself doing it in front of tourists in downtown). Let a man walk nude in most places, he would be arrested.
Going topless in Times Square may be legal, but those models are completely naked, so the “artist’s” argument is invalid.
Times Square is indeed a “public place”, but he and his models turned it in to a “pubic place”, and that is not legal.
Or at least not as “hardened” as the Times Square “veterans” mentioned in the story...
That became legal by judicial fiat in 1992. Apparently applies to all public areas of New York City, so long as it is not for commercial purposes.
Both have on undies of sorts.
Don’t know which has more nasty germs, the exhibitionists or the sidewalk.
