The difference between those who back Trump and those who don’t is how close to the edge you think this country is.
If you think things are bad but can be turned around you back one of the politicians running.
It you think we have gone over the edge but are still hanging on by our fingertips you are more likely to back Trump.
Trump is not perfect but he may be the perfect one for this time.

Me, for one. I make a monthly donation to Cruz but I plan to vote for Trump.
I love Cruz. I love his fight and I agree that he would be the best president but if he ever becomes president it will have to be after Trump finishes his job of slaying the dragon.

You remind me of the Katrina victims down in NO back in the day. So many of these ‘folks’ attempting to save their lives. Having made it to the roof of their homes, they waited for rescue and prayed for a miracle. As a boat arrived on scene offering to save them from the great flood, they declined ‘help’ and continued to pray for that miracle. Imagine that these ‘folks’ were awaing a rope to drop from God Who happened to be standing behind that cloud dumping water on their heads. Miracles happen, sometimes you understand them, at times you accept them or just ignore them and await the ‘right’miracle. How many of those roof top folks floated on to see sunrise the following day? And how many went under? When a hand is offered, only fools ignore that hand and turn away. You’re young, a babe in the woods. Life has not yet taught you all the lessons there are to teach. And, it never will be able to do so until you expand your mind to sort all the input you accumulate in your lifetime. Come aboard. If you should find the ‘boat’ to be sinking you always have the freedom to abandon ship. Be a person working to survive and save what is held so dear.

Trump has been good for Carson, too. He’s more assertive and not so darn nice. His patient’s have been children and their terrified parents, and much of his soothing demeanor is a holdover from an excellent bedside manner. And look what damage trump has done to that cringing, mealy mouthed old woman—Jeb. I think Trump has been all blessing, so far.
