Yes, in a longer version of the video there were no other people around, because it was so early in the a.m. That suggests it was planned not spontaneous. I don't think he had a beard, but he was definitely dressed in very dark or black clothing.

Apparently he made a getaway -- I'd look at any surrounding surveillance video to try to get a make on a possible getaway vehicle.

You were right about the "passion", but it wasn't love-triangle romantic passion as most of us assumed. It was blame-others, racial-hatred passion.
