Donald Trump relaunched his bitter war of words with Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly Monday night, blasting her return to the air after an unexpected hiatus.
“I liked The Kelly File much better without @megynkelly,” Trump tweeted. “Perhaps she could take another eleven day unscheduled vacation!”
The Republican candidate’s critique of Kelly was the latest in a revenge campaign since the two clashed over the GOP presidential debate on Aug . 6
He tuned in Monday night to attack her return to the anchor desk.

Still watch a little FOX, but not the kellyfile, so I don't know how she was last night.
She can be a real snarky bitch, and Trump will not take her guff without firing back.

What I find even sadder is the fact that the biased media have allowed themselves to be cheerleaders and puppets for their liberal masters while demonizing conservatives whenever they get the chance. And certain Freepers want to defend them like they were battered housewives.

So.... your position is Trump’s behavior is acceptable for a presidential candidate. You and I both know that, for example, had Joe Biden similarly attacked someone like Michelle Malkin, you’d be all over it.
But.. then again.. Trump’s engaging in a petty practice like repeated personal attacks via Twitter is deemed brilliant, for no other reason than it’s the beloved Trump.
He says that like it is a bad thing.
I do not like Kelly, did not tune in the show, and await the day she quits for is fired. That said, I’m not sure what Trump gains by his latest attacks. Maybe the lack of context, again, I did not see her show last night, but there is something unsettling about this.
When you get shot at, return the fire. War is hell. And we are in a war. Trump gets it. Milquetoast beta-males don’t.
Actually, no, I wouldn’t be ‘all over it’. I’m also not a big Trump fan - I prefer Cruz - but at the same time gentility, civility and the like have come to mean weakness. Grave weakness, in the eyes of younger generations.
The big question is this: Do you want to remain civil and genteel? Or do you want to *win*?
We tried civility and gentility in candidates in 08 and 12. How did that go again? Massive blowout, wasn’t it?
An alpha male typically doesn’t get into a snit and launch ad hominem attacks every time someone criticizes his policy positions. That’s more the stuff of insecure liberals.

The way society is now, NOT responding in kind makes you look weak. Yup, it’s screwed up, but... it is what it is.
There’s weakness, and then there’s choosing your battles wisely. There’s nothing wrong with standing your ground, but what Trump is doing here is petty crap, not “winning.”

I know.. my bad for expecting a purported conservative presidential candidate to a higher standard. Maybe some of the other candidates can “win” by attacking Trump’s marital background and his trophy wife’s history. “Winning,” you know.
She rode the Symbian bareback on the Stern show, talked about her breasts, and husbands penis.
Oh what a Journalists.
The other candidates have already started doing that. It doesn’t seem to be hurting Trump at all.
Remember - if you don’t win, you don’t get to dictate policy.
