From article: "The problem for Governor Walker is that more than anything conservatives are looking for principled leadership on the issues, and being a Johnny-come-lately or staying silent until pressed on every issue from amnesty and illegal immigration, to the DC Republican establishment’s regular betrayal of conservative principles shows Scott Walker to be more like a weathervane following the political winds, than a compass pointing true North on the foundational principles of the conservative agenda."

When will the GOP figure out we need a strong leader, not just another politician? To me, that is why Trump, Carson and Fiorina, the three non-politicians, have lots of traction.

The following are among the nations repealing Birthright Citizenship in recent years:

Australia (2007) New Zealand (2005) Ireland (2005) France (1993) India (1987) Malta (1989) UK (1983) Portugal (1981)

How this guy ever got put up for President is beyond me. He has absolutely nothing to offer the country in the way of leadership, or new ideas. This is also the reason he is fast fading in the polls.

Walker has been ALL OVER THE PLACE on immigration, amnesty, and related issues.

He seems to know that he is toast if he supports anchor babies, yet he reverses himself...just as he did when he (privately) told a bunch of his money-men that he really supported amnesty.

Bottom line - Walker is CONTROLLED by the powers that are trying to destroy Trump. Fighting the unions is actually ok by those powers as they hate unions too. But impeding the flow of cheap labor is a non-starter for them, and they OBVIOUSLY are not letting Walker have any room on the issue.

I’d say Fiorina is as much a GOPe-owned weathervane of ambition as Walker.

He must have given in to GOPe pressure. Rancid Prebush must have told him that he couldn’t have the same position as Trump because they need excuses to cast Trump as an outsider.

Ugh.

Can we get a candidate on any issue that’s steady?

He’s still not out completely in the way of Jeb Bush, Trump or Carly on my list mainly because of his followup on it with the border issue. Perhaps he needs to release a plan for it?

I dig his medical reform stuff. I thought his immigration ideas were sound, but he’s backed up a bit as if using caution or simply wanting to find out how he can voice things without seeming to follow Trump, an accusation recently used.Though all Trump is doing is repeating blogs, tweets that his aides stalk.

I still would gladly vote for him without cringing.

Just hoping he gets some real conviction or at least displays his plan on immigration which will clarify things.

This is why there's a primary. This allows us to assess each candidate and weed out those who are weak and wobbly.

Walker is done. The country cannot continue down this path and weak, waffling wobblers need to step aside

I called Walker out early on his establishment ties and him being the backup to Jeb. This was before Rush was having his Walkergasms...

Keep Cruzin’

Well Mr Walker you are going to be tired when you get that 3am call. You gotta make a decision and then you cannot backtrack it.

No, you are not President material.

First Rubio and now Walker. Quite frankly, this is excellent news that these frightened little men are collapsing into puddles of jello this early in the game, clearing the deck for the few remaining real men to duke it out.

Scott Walker.... OMG! Does that guy have any convictions at all. Does he ever stick to a decision that he makes. Scott Walker has more positions than a Times Square whore.

Walker is a nice guy and is good as the Wisconsin governor, but he is wacked out a the national stage.

And we are donors to him.

I think I see the first question Walker is going to be asked in the next “kommie mediafest to destroy the GOP candidates”, uh, I mean GOP “debates”:

This question is for Mr. [sic] Walker: Mr. Walker, you’ve stated that you’re opposed to birthright citizenship. You’ve also stated you’re undecided about birthright citizenship. Were you undecided BEFORE you opposed birthright citizenship, or were you opposed to birthright citizenship BEFORE you were undecided? And how is it that you can be undecided about such an important issue? None of the OTHER candidates are undecided, just you.

Bonus: I’m also already thinking up questions to help the “kommie mediafest to promote hillary”, uh, I mean Democrat “debates”:

This question is for Secretary of State [sic] Hillary Clinton: “Madam Secretary, Just exactly how heartless are the mean GOP bastids who are opposed to birthright citizenship, thereby denying these harmless and helpless baby humans the wonderful opportunities provided by our great and generous nation?

The GOP will say anything to get elected. Remember McStupid going to the border in Arizona and whining about illegal immigration when he wanted to be elected Senator.

Soon as he got in, he was open border, full tilt. Now they have Mexican drug lords claiming territory in Arizona. Not a peep out of McBackstabber. He could care less.
