Larry Klayman points out in this column that those who conceal or destroy government records
"shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b), “Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. …”
Hillary concealed government records from State Department control and access from January 2009 until March 2015. When exposed, Hillary deleted approximately 32,000 emails with attachments, then scrubbed the email server. Hillary is thus “disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

Like the original Bonnie and Clyde, who evaded arrest for nearly two years in a nationally famous manhunt, the Clintons boast that critics have been making accusations against them for years. The problem is that those accusations happen to be true. In the late 1990s, I obtained a ruling while at Judicial Watch that Bill Clinton had committed a crime when he illegally released private White House files to smear a woman he had sexually assaulted in the Oval Office, Kathleen Willey. So there is some precedent of the criminality of the Clintons. It should not be surprising that eventually the law will fully catch up with the Bonnie and Clyde.. What is more than troubling is that they have gotten away with their crime spree for this long. But all “good things” must end. Bad times are ahead for the Clintons, for sure.

Hillary wouldn’t have a chance to be elected anyway. Publicity about Hillary is evidence that the surveys (”polls”) that we see are madly skewed. Obama was elected because of the effort to elect Hillary.

More useful for the Party would be a continuation of the drip drip tactic until she is no longer politically viable. Then Hussein's sock puppet Biden can enter and sweep the boards. Without Mrs. Bill in prison garb the Democrats will win the 1916 election. Soros counts the Touch screen votes and there is no hard copy, no record after the machines are downloaded except what Soros' vote counting company says the count to be. There will be those millions of new citizens and strict repression of voter ID everywhere with all the multiple and otherwise illegal voting that implies. The Republican would have to win with a real legitimate 10 million or more margin of votes to break even in the count.
Hussein and the Party are too close to the final takeover to let it go away by stinting on the coercion and fraud. And what if, say Trump, gets to a 50+ share of total election votes in the polls for a couple of months straight and rising. What are his chances of not having a heart attack or an accident before the election?

I would agree....it’ll be a dozen-odd people around her that take the fall and face some type of court action in the spring of 2016. I think each of the team players will wake up at some point and ask what this was really about and why their loyalty proven fatal.
Unless Biden steps in, or some last-minute player....Hillary will be facing Bernie as her competition. It’s hard to say how the public sees Bernie. Maybe Bernie could take half the primary states. What happens at the convention then?
Larry Klayman raised almost $100 million for the “charity/501” Judicial Watch when he ran it. He never really did anything.

I like Klayman, but he’s been trying to get the Clintons for over twenty years now, and nothing has stuck. Nothing.
If you don’t hear anything about this in the mainstream media, it will probably go nowhere.
