Donald Trump's campaign stop in Mobile could prompt a venue change as more people have registered for tickets online than what the Civic Center's Theater can hold, a SMG official said Wednesday.
Bob Brazier, general manager of the Mobile Civic Center and the Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center, said "it appears" the attendance during Trump rally "will outgrow" the theater's 1,950 capacity.
"We're looking at everything right now," Brazier said about a rally originally scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday inside the theater. "We're preparing like we might have to move it."
The move likely won't be far. Brazier said there are discussions from the Trump campaign about utilizing the Civic Center Arena in addition to seating an overflow of people in the theater and expo hall. Combined, the entire facility can hold up to around 14,000 people.
Brazier said he isn't sure how many tickets have been issued through Eventbrite.com. He said the coordination is being handled by the Trump campaign.

He's just a flash-in-the-pan. He'll be irrelevant by the time the primaries roll around.

SIGH, there was huge crowd at the Colorado Red Rocks rally for Mitt Romney in 2012. The place was jampacked, and many people took this as a sign of strong nationwide support for him.
Result: HE DID NOT EVEN WIN COLORADO.

I’m in Mobile and don’t know anyone who isn’t ‘pro’ Trump.

Mitt choked in the debate and that killed him.
Mitt wasn't a killer, just a hardworking, cleancut Mormon lad.
Trump's a honey badger.

Hillary will also be seeking a change of venue, but for different reasons.

Can anyone imagine Jebbie drawing crowds? Even if she does recover her poll numbers... are crowds of people going to flock to hear her speak?
