Emails from a top Clinton adviser containing classified military intelligence information, and one from a top aide containing sensitive FBI information about the Benghazi terror attack, were among the thousands Hillary Clinton stored on her personal server, Fox News has learned.
The revelation came as the Democratic presidential candidate and former secretary of state tried to brush aside the burgeoning scandal, joking at a campaign event when asked by Fox News whether she had wiped her private server clean, "What, with like with a cloth or something? I don't know how it works at all."

I’d find it very amusing if ol Bill was somehow behind all this - he’s getting older and probably wouldn’t mind a few years with Hitlery tucked safely away.

She’s going down and not in any good way.
Whenever something is to their benefit, politicians like Hillary know all about it and are instant experts on everything. They give they impression they were instrumental in making good things happen. They want credit for it.
But when something is problematic or damaging to them, they claim “I don’t know how it works at all”. All of a sudden they become uninformed, disconnected and ignorant. They know nothing and just read about it in the papers.
Its no wonder people are sick of sleazy politicians.
Obvious follow up question for Hillary if any reporter had the balls to ask it.
Did Nixon have the right to delete any of the conversations he recorded if he deemed them to be personal?

I’d prefer black and white stripes, but yeah, an orange jumpsuit is OK as well.
Hillary is acting like she was some low-level administrative assistant for the Health and Human Services Department. For crying out loud—she was Secretary of State, the Numero Uno of our State Department, the face of our foreign policy. It’s hard to imagine that any email sent to or from her (outside of those concerning yoga lessons or wedding dresses) would not be of national significance, even if not classified or marked classified. That’s why she was supposed to use a government server for government business, just like the rest of the government employees. A server that’s in the bathroom of an apartment might be okay for yoga lessons, but not so good for keeping satellite photos of our enemies.
So, the FBI apparently didn’t care one way or the other what was on this server until it found out some of their material was on it?
Makes me wonder?
Needs more wrist and ankle jewelry to go with it, though.

If indicted, will you, like Gen. Petraeus, accept a plea deal for mishandling classified info? Or will you instruct your lawyers to proceed to a trial?

Long ago, Hillary saved Bill’s ass, when she did that interview with him. Will she know attempt to reprise it, and drag him out to appear with her?

Good point, she acts like she was a secretary in the steno pool at the State Department instead of Secretary of State. She was 4th in line of Presidential succession behind the VP, House Speak & Senate Pres. pro tem, for goodness sakes!

You have forfeit all rights to privacy and your server is confiscated and the investigators will determine which items are of interest.
Once they are done with the investigation and that means all prosecutions are complete, the server will be destroyed.
