Judge Andrew Napolitano said today his "gut" feeling is that the Justice Department will end up bringing charges against Hillary Clinton over private emails that contained classified information.
There are now reportedly more than 300 emails that have been flagged as potentially classified. The number could grow as federal agents continue to go through the trove of documents.
Meantime, journalist Bob Woodward likened the email scandal to the Watergate tapes that brought down President Richard Nixon.
In a "Fox and Friends" interview, Napolitano agreed with the assessment, saying just like Nixon, the former secretary of state seems to not realize that she's in "serious trouble."

Several ways to check it out. First track the classified messages back to the sender. Any of the intelligence senders would have plainly marked their messages.
Second, her server email application was required to append the statement “this email address is not a secure address” or something similar to alert all users that it was an unsecure email address.
Check the email extended headers and look for re-routing and forwarding actions on the email and pull the strings.
There are a myriad of ways to check and track the emails and their contents .... if they wish to!!!

All this flap over der Hildebeeste’s emails, though serious as it may be, is the perfect distraction. While the world is preoccupied with Clintonmania, no one is watching Bath-House Barry. He (actually his handlers) will let it appear that Obama is not actively pushing for Hill’s demise, but will gladly feed “The Smartest Woman in the World” more than enough rope to hang herself, then BO will swoop down and pardon her of all wrongdoing just in time to prevent her from implicating him in any criminal activity. Result: Hill is out of the way, and Barry is safe and smelling like a rose.
Keep in mind that BO’s handlers still have political uses for him, and those uses do not include the Clintons. If those pulling his strings didn’t have future plans for the Kenyan Village Idiot, it would be HIS worthless behind on the chopping block instead of Hill’s.
