Immigration attorneys from Cohen & Grigsby explains how they assist employers in running classified ads with the goal of NOT finding any qualified applicants, and the steps they go through to disqualify even the most qualified Americans in order to secure green cards for H-1b workers. See what Bush and Congress really mean by a "shortage of skilled U.S. workers." Microsoft, Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, and thousands of other companies are running fake ads in Sunday newspapers across the country each week.

Thank you for posting this.
Businesses have been employing this tactic for at least the last 15 years at least. It's a product of the new school business philosophy.
The only reason this is even getting any attention is that businesses are actively firing long term employees, hiring outsourced H1-B workers from the third world, and forcing the soon to be unemployed workers to train their replacements, or risk losing severance pay and unemployment.
See SoCal Edison as an example. The bastards aren't even trying to hide it anymore, knowing that they have obama and the GOP-e squishes to back them up.
Brush this off, blame the employees, blame whoever you want, but at the end of the day, if this continues, no job or business will be safe, and the downward spiral will continue unabated.
Most every job seeker, the majority white and male, has been a victim of this.
My resume is awesome. Now I know wbh it took so long to get a job even after applying to literally 100 positions.
wbh = why
Damm LG G4!
We wonder how our high technology companies keep losing technology to foreign companies. Its easy just hire someone and give them an H—B visa and they will give it away.
Imagine the security implications for equipment manufactured for the military. Our enemies know about it before the equipment is purchased.
In our podunk town in TX, there are often ads from out of state (eg; Montana, North Dakota) for seasonal ag workers.
“”Very qualified” applicants are brought in for an interview for the sole purpose of finding a basis to disqualify them..to find a legal basis to disqualify them”
We see clearly now the majority of 99’ers were not layabouts but, were clearly being discriminated against. Everyone in this video should be in jail and charged with the Rico act, because they are clearly involved in a conspiracy by their own words. Those of us who went down this road with thousands of resumes out there and not one response knew something was going on. I think many of the posted jobs were bogus anyway, just used to keep some HR people with jobs and help their buddies with data mining. Yes, our resumes have become a source of income for many.
(credit checks, background checks, census data, etc.)
Most everyone in IT knows this BS has been going on for years, since before Y2K.
The H1B train needs to be cut off permanently.
This has been going on for years.
And that thread got 74 responses and this one 14. Unbelievable, That’s all I can say about it. This video right here has pissed me off more than I have ever been. They want some ef’ing lawlessness, it’s long since past they got some.
