On June 15, while Donald Trump was announcing his candidacy for President of the United States, I began to write.
My article was published here on June 16, and I was way out front in how Donald Trump would resonate with the American people. Needless to say, I received tons of flak and ridicule. Also, the majority of pundits smirkingly dismissed it as an absurdity to think Trump would make a serious run.
Well, my dear fellow Americans, it is now two months since he made his announcement and I must saywhile I feel there are some terrific candidatesTrump towers over all like a colossus
For years I have heard people say what America needs is someone who is successful to run the country, is this the best America has to offer?, there is so much scrutiny in running anyone who is very successful would never run, etc., etc. Enter Donald Trump.
Trump is a force of nature with a love for America that has made him sacrifice his very successful life. He now brings a message of bold, forceful, positive energy. I do not like when I hear him referred to as bombastic.
When pundits refer to him this way it is because the Donald does not fit into the cookie cutter way they perceive politics, and his direct, no nonsense style is criticized to minimize his message. While I listen to all the candidates speak, Trump inspires the most confidence. I believe he will be able to negotiate with other world leaders. I believe he can inspire the confidence to bring Americans together and reset our national will. I believe he is exactly what America needs right now.

I had the same impression of that interview. Chuck Todd just could not unhinge Trump and by the end Todd reminded me of the scorpion you burn to death and instead of burning the scorpion keeps stinging himself in the head in order not to feel the pain and he dies.
Really? So when a candidate runs for president you don't consider his or her past and you make your decision whether to support them or not based solely on the candidate's campaign rhetoric?
Trump's very liberal past is evidence enough he is a liberal. Name one liberal you trust. If you can't, why trust Trump?
When trump entered the race, Cruz was polling at the bottom so I doubt he’s a Trojan horse. The GOPe will easily dispose of Cruz or any other conservatives, but Trump can’t be destroyed.
He played Agent Johnson in the original Die Hard.
But personally, I don’t care. Its the 2016 slave owners doing anything to keep their cheap illegal work force or its Trump. That’s your choices because no one else has the $, personality, and megaphone to overcome the overlords except Trump.
YOU and you’re attitude is WHAT KEEPS THEM IN POWER.. ken.
if you think the slave owners are dumb think again..
They are so far ahead of you.. you cannot hear them laugh..
Bet some read FR for a laugh.. and to see if their gambits are working..

You may be right... BUT you never know..
SOme could come to their senses and STOP smelling the Snake Oil.. Eau de Trump..
He’s a MOLE...
Newsflash.
NO ONE WANTS YOUR DC SOCK PUPPET WALKER !,,
No one wants Your Georgey Will's Pet running the WH !
Walker is just another Crooked Political HACK OWNED by the Koch Brothers .
So stop the crying and whining !
Go back to the RNC for more DC talking points !
Time to give a man of action a chance, even though he may not be as pure-bred as we like.
Sent you a ping to the Trump history thread
thanks, busy posting another thread
It's very simple; name one liberal you trust.
Harry Truman.
You are a DC establishment Troll Screaming away..
In your dreams.. I would love to pull the trap on many FBI agents complicit with Obama..
AND the “guys” fostering Trump on US...
I doubt many in Washington D.C. love me very much...
Since I think a nuke there would clean up much of the damage to America.. let “GOD” sort out the good ones..
Sometimes TROLLS accuse others of being a TROLL...
it’s the way with democrats and RINOs..
It’s called “PROJECTING”..
Have a nice Snark..
You can’t put your trust in a man who is dead. Name one who is alive.
Are you saying you can’t put your trust in Ronald Reagan?
Three times now you have had the chance to answer that question and three times you have failed.
If you can't put your trust in a liberal, why trust Trump?
Because Trump is not a liberal.
1. He has been a liberal Democrat most of his adult life, registering as a Republican as recently as 2009.
2. He has contributed generously to some of the most far left democrats in politics including Hillary Clinton (D-NY), Charles Schumer (D-NY), Terry McAuliffe (D-VA) Anthony Weiner (D-NY), Ted Kennedy (D-MA), Harry Reid (D-NV), Governor Ed Rendell (D-PA), California state attorney general Kamala Harris (D-CA), Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel (D-IL), and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.
3. Trump is a crony capitalist, explaining his large contributions to democrats as a necessary tool to conducting business. He apparently believes buying the votes of politicians is an acceptable way of doing business.
4. Trump supported the ban on "assault weapons", even though there is no such thing. Far left anti-gun democrats wanted to ban gun ownership completely. Unable to accomplish that goal they created the term "assault weapon" and applied their own definition for the term so they could ban guns based solely on cosmetic appearances. Trump both fell for the scheme and supported the ban.
5. As recently as 2013 Trump praised former NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg for "Putting his money where his mouth is" in trying to take guns from law-abiding citizens. Michael Bloomberg has spent tens of millions in his quest to disarm America. And Donald Trump praised him for it.
6. Trump has been pro-abortion until which time he flirted with running for president. He now claims he no longer is. Believe his campaign rhetoric if you will, but his history says otherwise.
7. While he may claim to be an opponent of Obamacare, Trump is an advocate of single-payer socialized healthcare similar to what is in place in Canada. Yes, Trump supports the worst version of socialized healthcare. He has said, "The Canadian plan also helps Canadians live longer and healthier than America. We need, as a nation, to reexamine the single-payer plan, as many individual states are doing. While we work out details of a new single-payer plan, there are a number of ways to make the health care system now in place work more efficiently,"
8. Trump believes in using the eminent domain laws for the taking of private property from US citizens for his personal gain. He proved this when he tried exploiting such laws to take elderly widow Vera Coking's property so he could build a parking lot for limousines. Fortunately, the widow prevailed. He also said he supported the United States Supreme Court's Kelo decision which resulted in the taking of private land from a private party so Pfizer Pharmaceuticals could build a plant. That family lost their land and to date nothing has been built on it.
9. Trump has said the economy does better under democrat control (we're $18 trillion in debt and climbing thanks to the dems). He also said George W. Bush was the worst president this country has ever had. Worse than the lying rapist Bill Clinton? In the mind of Donald Trump, that answer is apparently YES because he has also said of the past four, Bill Clinton was his favorite president.
10. As of 2009, Donald Trump is a registered Republican. But in an interview with CNN's Wolfe Blitzer, Trump said, "I probably identify more as a democrat." His record above lends credence to that comment.
Summed up, while Donald Trump may be saying and doing things that appeal to conservatives, he is a lifelong liberal democrat who only now claims to be conservative. That considered, he is just like any other liberal in that he cannot be trusted.
Don't you know that Donald Trump's candidacy would not be feasible if the conservatives we elected to office actually acted like conservatives? What good does it do to elect conservatives to the majority if they are going to roll over and submit themselves to the liberal minority?
How do you know its not you who feeds their power structure. I'd think it would much more likely be someone who would rail against Trump and put in another establishment puppet than someone who is at least willing to try a new path.
