MEISSEN, Germany — In a gesture of German goodwill, the administration in this medieval city leased a newly renovated apartment building here to humanely — even comfortably — house dozens of desperate asylum-seekers. The newcomers from Syria and other war- ravaged nations would enjoy freshly redone floors, cute balconies and shiny, modern appliances in a cheerful building near a timber-framed pub.
Then Meissen’s goodwill went up in smoke.
On a cool night six weeks ago, suspected right-wing arsonists struck the building, scorching its interior and rendering it uninhabitable days before the asylum-seekers were to move in. The attack added Meissen, a gothic castle town of 30,000 on the Elbe River, to a string of German cities caught up in an escalating rash of violence against refugees.
The acts include an ugly spate of arson targeting refugee centers as well as physical attacks on refugees themselves, marking the return of what critics say is an unnerving brand of xenophobia to Western Europe’s most populous nation.
The attacks are undercutting Germany’s image as the country leading the effort to aid a record flow of refugees into Europe, highlighting the rising social tensions in the region amid the avalanche of asylum-seekers. . .

I’m sorry, but my care meter is registering ZERO for these illegal alien invaders who get what they deserve for crossing into a sovereign nation illegally.
Nobody invited them.

I’d say justice is being served.
They can go back to their “homes” if they don’t like it.
At first I thought the headline read,
“Germany unnerved by scores of attacks by foreign savages against its own citizens.”
Oh, well............
Some folks are just letting their city know....not in my neighborhood.
These “refugees” are going to have to learn that you can’t run away from oppressive regimes and let someone else take care of you. You have to stay and fight for what is yours - just as we are going to have to dig in and fight for what is ours in the very near future. Are you up to the task?

If one were to go back in history, and research how many folks died in The Crusades against the mohammedans, and how far back that bloodline ran, I would look at these actions taken as revenge.
Mohammedans, whereever they manage to plop their butts, do NOT assimilate, but demand their laws, their ways, and their customs that they dragged out of their stone age countries, be afforded to them, without hesitation, and with higher standards, than the country that they now occupy.

The liberal Germans need to be asked just how many more refugees and illegals they will take. 100k 1m 10m? There is nearly an infinite supply out there looking for a new apartment and welfare. Just make them define in numbers how compassionate they are with other people’s money and welfare?

Aww. Isn't that sweet. Give the "desperate" "newcomers" brand new apartments to let them live comfortably. And I guess the politicians waived their magic wands to get all this "goodwill" done and paid for, right?
I am so freaking sick of this idea that a country has to show compassion by letting anyone who manages to walk over the border live the good life. The taxpayers have to pay for all this. Where is the "compassion" and "goodwill" for them?
I think we will be seeing more of this as time goes by.
Looks like the Germans are starting to wise up. Hope the Brits and French and others follow before its too late. We are next.
