A trio of Republican establishment favorites -- Jeb Bush, Scott Walker and Marco Rubio -- are all losing ground in the party's 2016 presidential field, a new Fox News poll shows.
Donald Trump, meanwhile, continues to dominate the race -- earning 25% support nationally while another outsider, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, is running second at 12%, and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, known for locking horns with Republican congressional leaders, is third at 10%.
Bush, the former Florida governor, has dropped to 9% -- fourth place, down from 15% and second place in a Fox News poll conducted earlier this month, before the first GOP presidential debate.

Why are they so surprised at this outcome? we gave them the majority to take care of business and they went back to playing golf with the enemy

These are the 3 that were instructed to boycott the debate if Trump participated. They reap what they sow. None of them did, but, they were huddled debating it.

When did Scott Walker become a gop favorite? I could vote for him but I didn't know that the establishment was high on Walker.

When did Scott Walker become a gop favorite? I could vote for him but I didn't know that the establishment was high on Walker. That's a good point. Walker isn't my choice (though I could support him if he got the nomination), but I think it's unfair to call him an establishment favorite.
The establishment favorites are Bush, Rubio and Kasich.

Perhaps Scott Walker isn’t establishment. But he certainly is a boring, provincial campaigner. Hard to see him generating 10% of the excitement of Trump, Cruz or Carson.

Yes , Walker is pure establishment .
1. Walker hired the Romney political operatives and manger from his 2012 disaster team.
2. Reince Prebius, the anti conservative / anti tea party snake git his job thanks to Walker who pushed for shim. Prebiusxwas his Wisconsin RDN head
3. George ‘ I hate Trump supporters’ Will and his wife are operatives and she the Walker communication director. Nothing says DC insiders than the Wills.
4. Brad Dayspring , is a anti conservative dirty tricks / smear merchant who worked for Reince Prebius.. Dayspring was the guy behind the McDaniels dirty tricks in MS.
5. Liz Mair, she was hired by Team Walker as a social media person. She is famous for being a DC insider who is anti conservative, pro abortion, pro gay marriage, pro gun control , . She was Quietly let go but now trashes trump as a subcontractor for whom ? ..
6. The Pro amnesty billionaires, The Koch Brothers are his big money bags.

Yea, he is Establishment. Walker’s only real creds that I know of consist of him taking on the unions. Well guess what - The Establishment also hates the unions as they drive up labor costs tremendously. That is one of the few areas left where people here and The Establishment still have common ground.
...so Walker’s fighting of the unions does not mean he’s fighting the GOP Establishment - and virtually everything else that I know of, as in Brad Dayspring, says The Establishment owns him.
