Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) expressed concern Sunday that the Republicans’ leading candidate for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination is going down the wrong road on immigration reform.
Graham said that Donald Trump is embracing self-deportation that calls for all 11 million illegal immigrants to walk back to where they came from and “maybe we’ll let some of them come back.”
“But I hope we don’t go down that road as a party,” Graham told CBS’s “Face the Nation.”
“So the leading contender Mr. Trump is going backward on immigration and I think he will take us all with him if we don’t watch it,” he said.

I’m waiting for any candidate to start talking about strict E-Verify and aggressive prosecution of employers who hire illegals.

Why is this nonentity asked - EVERY SUNDAY - to be a guest on one network show or another? Graham has ZERO percent in the polls. The only support base he has is among the producers of the networks’ Sunday talk shows. For years, he’s been on one show or another EVERY SUNDAY. Why? There’s clearly an agenda behind the networks’ choice to make him the face of the GOP. What’s their agenda?
He’s foolish if he thinks he’ll get any traction on that.
There's no mention of an amnesty in this plan.

To elect a democrat.
We have been down Linda’s road for decades.
It does not lead anywhere.
Trump poll numbers will soar after the release of his policy on immigration.

From their perspective nothing could be worse than Trump’s immigration plan.
It shuts them down and takes away their compliant workforce.
People entering the country illegally are not immigrants. Hence this is not “immigration policy”. This is border protection policy.
Immigration policy is standards and procedures for admitting foreigners who ASK to come here.
A distinction the open borders RINOs are terrified will become part of the public discourse.
