1st : military dependents whose spouse is deployed in the GWOT should be automatically allowed concealed carry , and be held unaccountable if they happen to kill someone stalking or directly threatening them . 2nd: Local law enforcement responding to such stalking incidents of military family members , by ' middle eastern' men , should upon apprehending the 'middle eastern men ' have the authority to immediately string them on the spot and leave them hanging as a warning to others . Zero tolerance , zero judicial process , immediate extra-judicial punishment . Defend our military families in no uncertain terms .
