I admittedly skimmed and I’m probably not the brightest bulb in the lamp, so did I misinterpret “spy satellites” in the headline? I was expecting to read something about actual spy satellites. But I couldn’t find anything. What did I miss?

The classification caveats indicated TK, Talent Keyhole, which indicates the information was gained through satellite imagery, or related to operations of imaging satellites.
Ok. I reread. So what they’re saying is that by adding up all of the classification abbreviations, they can conclude that it is spy-satellite intercept related. Got it. Sorry, takes me a while sometimes.
