Are you confusing assembly plants and component plants?
The OP talked about vehicles manufactured.

Interesting....for all the Trump haters and deniers: Notice, Ford isnt saying it was decided long ago, or that it has nothing to do with Trump.
Yet you happily declare that it has something to do with Trump.
Trump is longstroking you morons.

Trump Magic—saved American Jobs. All his talk of walls and Tarrifs could have sunk the deal for Ford. Lots of Union Guys may want to thank Trump in the next election.

Reading the entire article, NBC put (and Trump) in the headline and the attention Trump has brought to the issue is mentioned in the article.
Big Win for The Donald!

This move helps Trump's campaignDon't see how the haters can spin it any other way. Trump will get credit, because of the timing.

I think he’s also put the issue of these companies taking their production elsewhere on the front burner. It wouldn’t help Ford if the whole country knew they’d subcontracted Mexico instead of employing Americans.

Just good business sense. Might even be able to make the case that this was an in-kind campaign contribution from Ford to Trump.

Sure, sure keep telling yourself and you might start believing your ignorant drivel. He spotlighted that plant in Mexico and watch Trump stop them from building it before he is President.
Pray America is waking

It’s not what Trump has done it is how the people perceive what has been done.
He mentions China devaluing money. Yesterday bigger drop in two decades when they devalue currency
He mentions closing border because of murders and rapist. Local news become national to prove him true
He mentions Ford they move in his direction
He stands up to FOX. The vitriol against them is a magnitude of anything Rosey ever received
Mr T is a leader. It’s been so long since this country has had one some don’t recognize a true leader.
BTW. Catch Dr Ben s interview on Neal Cavuto.
A++++
As I suspected he and Trump have been friends cor years
